This is one of the six apartments in this building. They all have the same style, but may be laid out and decorated differently. The photographs show a selection of different apartments: you will be allocated a specific one when you arrive.
This recently built “green building” features sustainable design and energy-saving features: it is built entirely out of wood and is fitted with high-quality windows to create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. It can sleep groups of up to 30 people.
This apartment is in one of the most charming areas of Granada’s historic city centre, right by Plaza Trinidad, La Romanilla, La Catedral and El Mausoleo de los Reyes Católicos.
The first room as you enter is the living room, with flat-screen TV, double sofa bed, centre table and an armchair that turns into a single bed for the littlest members of the family. The kitchen, which half-opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with utensils, washing machine, microwave and coffeemaker.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by a large wooden sliding door that provides the necessary privacy for a good night’s sleep. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe for storing your belongings. Bright and welcoming, it is decorated in minimalist style with varnished wood panels, tiles and splashes of colour on the walls that add a touch of warmth.
The spacious, functional bathroom has natural light and ventilation and is equipped with a shower.
All the rooms have air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi.
Perfect for couples, families or groups of up to 30 people, the Capitán Eco apartments are easily accessible by car: the carpark is only 30 metres from the entrance, on the opposite side of the street.
The building has an apartment with a lift, suitable for people with reduced mobility.
