La Sagrada Familia e l’Ospedale della Santa Croce e San Paolo –un magnifico complesso modernista Patrimonio dell’Umanità UNESCO– si trovano a soli 10 minuti a piedi.

Questo fantastico appartamento è solo uno dei tanti che offriamo nello stesso edificio. Le fotografie sono una selezione dei vari appartamenti. Gli appartamenti possono variare leggermente quanto a decorazione o arredo. Un appartamento specifico vi sarà assegnato all’arrivo.

Situati in un edificio moderno con ascensore, gli appartamenti Living Eixample possono alloggiare comodamente fino a 4 persone. Con caldi pavimenti in parquet, grandi finestre e una decorazione semplice in tonalità neutre, sono ideali per trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante a Barcellona.

Il salotto con zona pranzo dispone di un comodo divano letto per il terzo e quarto ospite, tavolino da caffè, TV a schermo piatto e armadietti per riporre gli effetti personali. Il tavolo da pranzo è fornito di quattro sedie coordinate.

La cucina, semi aperta sulla zona pranzo, dispone di tutto il necessario per cucinare come in casa (forno, microonde, tostapane, caffettiera...) e incorpora un pratico piano colazione.

La camera da letto è fornita di un comodo letto matrimoniale, comodini e cabina armadio.

Un bagno con doccia completa l’offerta.

Apartement proche de 2 supermarchés et du métro. La propreté des lieux, la bonne literie. Même le canapé lit était confortable.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro, comodo il supermercato sotto casa. Appartamento molto pulito, sembrava di entrare in un appartamento nuovo, bellissima la vetrata del soggiorno che lo rendeva molto luminoso. Ottima la grande cabina armadio che è presente

1. There were hidden costs that made us angry when arriving at the reception, before booking we had some costs presented, after we decided and paid the advance it then appeared the city tax of 0. 79 eur/ person/ day and worst of all when we checked in the city tax increased to 2. 50 eur/person/day - this all was not presented BEFORE BOOKING, otherwise we wouldn't have booked with FR. So we were schemed out of 25 euro extra. The city tax must appear in the offer before booking calculated as the other costs (ckeaning fee, etc) that appear in detailed offer. They don't present you with ALL THE COSTS included BEFORE BOOKING so you can make a correct decision. 2. The check in is very hard to do, since FR doesn't come to the apartment, you have to go to their office which is hard to find and doesn't have a waiting room for clients with children to wait in. When we called and said we arrived they said to come to the office but as it was 12. 00 we did't get the key and had to spend 3 hours wonndering around the city with luggage and children. They didn't tell us on the phone to come directly at 3. 00 pm so we wasted a lot of time and nerves.

Per our check-in policy and your booking confirmation, the check-in time has always been 15h. By arriving early to our office we stored your luggage free of charge and there is so much to explore, bars, cafes, shopping, restaurants in the city until your check-in time. Size, amenities and quality of the apartment. Also an excellent location for getting to public transport. Clarissa was excellent. Promptly communicative. We have used Friendly Rentals many times before, and the experience was up to the usual standard.
