This apartment was built for the 1992 Expo in the grounds of the Monasterio de San Clemente, a monastery built by King Ferdinand III the Saint in 1248 to give thanks for the conquest of Seville.
It is located in the historic city centre close to the River Guadalquivir. The building’s south door leads to the Alameda de Hércules, the oldest public garden in Europe, which dates from 1574.
This lovely, tastefully decorated apartment is very welcoming and comfortable. It boasts a spacious living room with two single beds and two double bedrooms with an extra bed in the main bedroom.
There are also two bathrooms, one in marble with a superb shower.
There are plenty of fitted wardrobes and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
All this in one of the most interesting and emblematic places in Seville: la Alameda de Hércules.
La Alameda de Hércules is one of the best spots in the city: there are lots of bars and restaurants open all hours of the day and its streets are packed with clothing, antique and ecological product stalls almost every weekend.
This well-furnished apartment also has Wi-Fi internet and parking in the same building included in the price.
