This property is located meters away from Plaza de Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian zone that provides the perfect setting for a leisurely stroll around. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park are within easy walking distance.

This area offers visitors a great culinary offer as well as a wide range of shopping and leisure options. It is well connected to anywhere in the city.

The apartment:

This apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and disabled access.
Provided with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Its spacious and welcoming rooms come with all the comforts of modern living.

The master bedroom is provided with a double bed and has access to an en-suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third one is equipped with a 150cm double bed.
All the bedrooms overlook a quiet interior courtyard, which guarantees a restful night’s sleep.

The separate kitchen provides total privacy and comes with a large pantry.
The living room has an outward-facing balcony, two sofas (one of them can be turned into a bed) and a lovely dining table.
The apartment is provided with Wi-fi, heating and air-conditioning in every room.

The apartment is located within an area called CENTRAL MADRID, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the DGT (Department of Motor Vehicles), otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC (licensed car with private driver).
