The fully renovated NoMad 3 apartment can sleep 7. Laid out in elegant style, there is a bright main bedroom with a double bed, good-sized wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. Next there is a second bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a window overlooking the street, which floods the room with light. Finally there is a single bedroom.
The second bathroom has a large built-in shower and colourful vintage cement tiles. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table that seats six.

The apartment is located within an area called CENTRAL MADRID, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the DGT (Department of Motor Vehicles), otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC (licensed car with private driver).
