The apartment is in a characteristic building in the very popular, central Chamberí neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the older area. This very safe residential district is surrounded by everything you need for a perfect stay, be it for business or with family or friends. The building has recently been fully renovated to create state-of-the-art apartments.

The building has a lift and inner courtyard. As in many old buildings, to get to the lift you need to climb a few stairs. The renovations were carried out with close attention paid to every last detail to create stylish, practical and very comfortable apartments.

This superb apartment can sleep four and is tastefully furnished and decorated in the latest style: French-style wooden furniture, elegant lined wallpaper in the bedrooms, light shades of grey and pastel colours…

The practical, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom feature a smart, cutting-edge design. The kitchen adjoins the living room to make the best use of space and includes a breakfast bar with designer stools. The bright living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and balcony with double-glazed doors to keep out any noise and keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature.

This good-sized apartment has a lovely balcony, handy, roomy fitted wardrobes, internet, smart TV and all the appliances you will need.

La situación, barrio tranquilo y con todos los servicios, transportes cercanos. Terraza muy agradable. Instalaciones y equipamiento muy completos.

Outside terrace. Comfortable bed. The location of the apartment was very good. It was near enough to the city centre for places of interest to be very accessible. The number and choice of shops, restaurants and bars in the area was excellent. The location felt very safe and authentic (not too touristy).

We stayed in Olivide VI 4D in May 2014. Very nice apartment. Rooms were sized right for two people. Modern in every respect. Very nice terrace overlooking the main street. Good internet connection. . . secure. The location was excellent. All amenities were on our street or within a block. This is a beautifully tree lined, clean Spanish neighborhood with no tourists, which was very good. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Parking around the corner. Taxis regularly pass by this well traveled street. Bakery, seafood, meat and vegetable shops right across the street. Very quiet and Friendly Rental agents were responsive to questions during our 19 day stay. We will be back. . . thanks.

Wonderful apartment with terrific roof-top terrace which was an ideal place to relax after a day's sightseeing. The location was brilliant and we really appreciated the bus stop outside the front door plus all the local shops and friendly tapas bars.
The pillows were uncomfortable - extra pillows would be great!
