This superior apartment in two levels has an outdoor Jacuzzi in the terrace. Every bedroom is designed in a different themed and it also has a chill our area upstairs. The Falla apartment is conveniently located very near to de impressive City of Arts and Sciences, designed by Calatrava.
The area surrounding the apartment:
This duplex apartment is located no even 5 minutes walking to the city of Calatrava. It is also situated half distance either, to the beach and to the new port of this modern city of Valencia, as well as, to the historical center. And it can be accessed via public transport or 10 minutes in a taxi ride.
The area where the apartment is located has every service you will need, as well as a good seafood restaurant and so on…
The apartment:
The Falla apartment is located in the fifth floor with a lift in a new building.
The very best part of this apartment is that in the terrace you have your own private Jacuzzi, where the guests can sit back and enjoy a warmed bath looking at the stars, as well as a meal or simply sitting back and enjoying a bottle of Spanish cava in good company...
There are two levels, as you entered this fabulous apartment; there is the large living and dinning room which open to the terrace. The kitchen has a door that opens to the terrace too, exactly the same as you can see them in the photographs. The Falla apartment has all the regular entertainment gadgets like TV, DVD, fridge-freezer, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, toaster, juicer, hairdryer, etc. The dining room is accommodated in the living room with seating for eight people.
In this first level you will find the en-suite double bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom that has two single beds. The bathroom is just outside.
Upstairs you will have the other two themed double bedrooms, both with double beds and the chill-out area all in one big space. Every room upstairs can be separates it by stylist curtains making four very different areas. There is a reading area too with two comfortable sofas and a table.
Seating at the chill-out area where you could listen to relaxed music (not supplied), you could also observe a ZEN garden through a glass door. There is a massage bed too. There is plenty of space in the apartment to keep all your belongings while staying with us. Clean and crispy towels and bed linens are provided and are free.
Whether you are here with family and friends or on business this apartment is a luxury and relaxing way to spend your days in Valencia.

Deze nieuwe en luxe woonwijk bevindt aan de noordoostkant van de Ciudad de las Ciencias y Las Artes (Stad der Kunsten en Wetenschappen), op een paar minuten loopafstand van het ‘Parque del Turia’. De Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (Stad der Kunsten en Wetenschappen) is modern een complex dat bestaat uit 5 verschillende zone’s in de voormalige rivierbedding van de Turia.

El Museu de les Ciències
Op 13 november 2000 werd het Wetenschappelijke Museum onder Prins Felipe oficieel ingewijdt. Een indrukwekkend gebouw in de vorm van een gigantische walvis met een totale oppervlakte van 40.000 m2.
L'Oceanogràfic — open air oceanographic park
L'Oceanogràfic is het grootste complex van zijn soort in heel Europa en herbergt zo’n 45.000 dieren van 5000 verschillende soorten waaronder vissen, zeezoogdieren, vogels, reptielen en ongewervelde diersoorten. Er bevinden zich hier haaien, pinguins, dolfijnen, zeeleeuwen, walrussen, belugawalvissen en nog veel meer. Al deze dieren verblijven onder een 9-tal onderwatertorens. Waarbij iedere toren in 2 verschillende niveau’s is opgebouwd en zodanig een beeld weergeven van de belangrijkste ecosystemen van onze planeet.
Dit park is in 10 verschillende zone’s ingedeeld. De maritieme zone’s geven een perfekt beeld van het onderwaterleven van de verschillende omgevingen; de Middellandse Zee, de Poolstreken, de tropische zeëen, de zeeën in gematigde streken en de Rode Zee. Dit geweldige park heeft ook een modern dolfinarium. Via speciale installaties op het Malvarrosa-strand worden de bassins van het park continue van zuiver zeewater voorzien.
