This minimalist and spacious apartment is in an area called El Carmen, right in the center of Valencia, 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral... The Iturbi 2 apartment is located in the second floor of the same building where the Iturbi 3 and 4 are located too. The three apartments have 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The Iturbi 2 apartment is ideally centrally located right in center of El Carmen, next to everything in Valencia. You can walk to all the most important landmarks and museums.

The apartment is situated in “the” area of this modern city of Valencia. This area is lively and full of atmosphere as well as many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that our guests can choose from jus at your door step.

The port and the beach can be accessed via public transport or 10 minutes in a taxi ride.

The apartment is located in the second floor with a lift in the same building where the Iturbi 3 and Iturbi 4 apartments are located.

This spacious and luxurious apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom – 180cms bed, has a dressing room and bathroom with a shower unit all together. There is a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom too, a 160cms bed and dressing room. The third bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom outside.

As you entered this fabulous apartment, there is the large living and dinning room which is next to the semi-open kitchen by a glass door and has a big window. The windows, balconies and designed walls are exactly the same as you can see them in the photographs.

The Iturbi 2 apartment has all the regular entertainment gadgets like TV, DVD, fridge-freezer, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, toaster, juicer, hairdryer, etc. The dining room is accommodated in the living room with seating for six people.

There is plenty of space in the apartment to keep all your belongings while staying with us. Clean and crispy towels and bed linens are provided and are free.
