Spacious and in prime location!! In the heart of Seville.
Fantastic two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Seville!
Located on the corner of one of the main shopping streets, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants this location is very special.
The apartment boasts two large bedrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with style and with your comfort in mind. There is a double bed, large wardrobe and three large windows that allow natural light to flow in.
The second bedroom has three single beds (there is room for a fourth single bed that is a fold-up), again with a large window so this room has lovely natural light. Great wardrobe space is provided also in this bedroom.
This lounge/dining area is spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable, two large sofas provide a great space for relaxing or for watching TV.
The kitchen area is off this room, fully equipped, new and ideal for cooking delicious meals. Beside the kitchen there is a dining table with six chairs.
The bathroom is spacious and modern. Fresh clean towels are provided upon arrival.

Centro sevilla
Als voor geheel Sevilla geldt, beschikt ook deze wijk over vele pleintjes, kerken en smalle straatjes.
Sevilla centrum is verdeeld in wijken en het gebied dat we beschrijven als ´centro´ is niet minder pittoresk of belangrijk dan de andere wijken die beschreven zijn op deze pagina. Het is zelfs zo dat alles samen bekend staat als het centro van Sevilla.
Smalle straatjes met moderne winkeltjes, prachtige oude gebouwen waar achter de oude voorgevels moderne kantoren verschuilen, huizen die tot in de puntjes zijn gerestaureerd. Mooie sierlijke pleinen zoals het Plein San Francisco, het net gerestaureerde Plaza del Salvador en het prachtige gemeentehuis zijn maar een paar voorbeelden van de schitterende architectuur van Sevilla.
Het meerendeel van de straten in het centrum zijn alleen voor voetgangers, de meest belangrijkste daarvan is Avenida de la Constitución. Welke door het belangrijkse gedeelte gaat en rechts langs de katedraal. Bezoekers die verblijven in het centrum of in de andere wijken zijn op loopafstand van de must see bezienswaardigheden.

Appartement propre, bien équipé, à proximité de tous commerces et sites d'intérêt touristique. Totale conformité à la description de l'annonce. Excellent accueil. Location sans aucune mauvaise surprise, d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Recommandable.

The apartment is fantastic: it is very large and spacious, with very comfortable beds, very nice leather furniture, and it has an absolutely phenomenal location in the city centre, right near the Sierpes shopping area. The apartment is also close to the cathedral and other beautiful sites in the city centre. The landlady, Aldonza, is exceptionally cordial, competent, and very attentive. We loved our stay in this apartment.

El apartamento esta muy bien situado, en pleno centro de sevilla, a dos minutos de la Catedral y el Alcazar. En la zona de tiendas y restaurauración y con un parking a dos calles (menos de un minuto andando)del apartamento. Ideal para aquellos que quieran combinar cultura, gastronomia y salida de compras.

Tutto. La sede dell'appartamento è invidiabile per chi deve visitare la città. La puntualità, cortesia, e disponibilità all'accoglienza sono state impeccabili. L'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione sul sito e tutte le dotazioni erano perfette.
