Modern,fantastisch, trendy drie slaapkamer appartement.
Ruime woon/eetkamer met veel natuurlijk licht en open keuken, volledig uitgerust met alle benodigdheden om een heerlijke maaltijd te maken. De eetkamer is voorzien an een tafel en stoelen waar je heerlijk aan kan zitten, de woonkamer heeft een comfortable bank welke ook als slaapbank kan functioneren. Er zijn ook verschillende luie stoelen, welke het heerlijk makenom te relaxen in het appartement.
De grote slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel twee éénpersoonsbedden, tweede slaapkamer voorzien van twee éénpersoonsbedden. Alle slaapkamers hebben ingebouwde kasten welke genoeg ruimte biedt voor de spullen van de gasten.
Dit split level appartement heeft één van de slaapkamers boven, voorzien van twee persoonsbed, met badkamer en deuren die openen naar een prive terras. De badkamer is voorzien van douche, bad, WC en een bidet, handdoeken liggen klaar voor gebruik.

Alameda
Dit gebied wordt door velen beschouwd als het opkomende trendy en hippe wijk van Sevilla. Dit open gebied in het centrum van Sevilla heeft een grote opknapbuurt ondergaan en vele prachtige oude gebouwen en huizen zijn weer teruggebracht in hun oude stijl. Er is een grote variatie aan barretjes en restaurants, een promenade waar kinderen kunnen spelen en waar lekker gewandeld kan worden.
Vele Alamo bomen groeien hier, vandaar de naam Alameda. Er zijn 2 grote Romijnse pilaren, waarvan één een beeld van Hércules draagt, wie volgens de legende de vinder van Sevilla was. De oudste kerk van Sevilla, El Omnium Sancotrum aan de Calle Feria is een paar minuten verwijderd en is naast een Markt gelegen. Waar je de verse en locale producten kunt vinden en de heerlijke verse tapas kan proeven bij de verschillende barretjes.

We traveled to Seville as part of a longer vacation last summer. We were so taken with the place we decided to come back in late January with some friends to celebrate my (large number goes here) birthday. We stayed for 8 nights, and in total there was 6 of us. The place is definitely a luxury apartment. Decorated very nicely and borders on trendy.Wonderful marble and new tile throughout. Modern everything. Everything was new and in very good working order. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, lots of plates, bowls, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. All new and visually appealing. In addition the fridge was large by European standards, and there was a toaster, hand blender, juicer, water kettle, coffee maker, cutting board, decent knives, dishwasher and washing machine. Upon were provided with a map to information about pharmacies, restaurants and bars, taxi's, grocery markets, emergency contact info, transportation info, etc. We were shown around and got an explanation about how to use everything including the very nice flat-screen with cable, the wireless internet and instruction on use of the keys for the doors and decks. the washing machine and the dishwasher. We were provided with a phone number but we did not need to contact them until we wanted to arrange for a check out time. There are 3 bedrooms. We had 3 couples. There is a master bedroom up the stairs and has its own deck, which we all used, and its own bath. The deck was amazing and although it was rather cold we sat out on it and had drink a couple of times. Would love to come back when it is warmer and take advantage of the ample seating, table and lounge chairs. There was plenty of storage for clothes and although this in the only room with out a closet, they provided an very useful garment rack that had a place to hold the bags on the bottom and we were able to hang up all of our clothes, I think I had at least 20 items hung up. It also has some hooks for hanging a robe, sweater or whatever. There was plenty of hangers. The other 2 rooms were large and had large closets with dressers. 1 room has a big double bed, the other has 2 twin beds, which we pushed together for 1 couple to share and they said it was very comfortable. There is also a deck on the main floor not quite as big, but big enough for our party of 6. It was also handy since one of the guests is/was a smoker and he could go out to smoke. There are 2 flights of stair that lead up to the apartment so if you have special needs that might be a problem. The apartment is very close to Alameda De Hercules, which is an historic square with many good bars and restaurants and a rather busy night life (not so close that you can hear the goings on) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Alameda,_Seville. And there is also an older square the Plaza Lorenzo in the other direction that has some more established and traditional bars and restaurants. Also there are 2 cash machine in Plaza Lorenzo (these are both on the provided map. Also there is a new tapas bar kitty corner from the apartment that is also very new, trendy and amazingly inexpensive. It is called Lubreras (like the street name). We had breakfast here in the morning and then ventured out by foot to explore each day. Seville is one of Europe's most beautiful cities. If you have a big party or just want all the comforts of home, this is the perfect place to stay while in Seville. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the BEST place we stayed at for the last three weeks in Spain. We love the location because it was in the local area of town. Great food, great people and the rental host was very friendly and extremely helpful. We even had the opportunity to meet the designer of the apartment. It was perfect. I would recommend this Apartment to many friends!! Excellent place to stay in Seville!
