The apartment was exactly what we wanted, the location was superb. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived, but sorted out brilliantly by the owner. There was a slight problem when we arrived, to gain entrance, possibly because I don't carry a mobile phone (and perhaps because my Spanish should be better) but quickly resolved using a public phone round the corner.
