Villa Buda is pas in juni 2004 opgeleverd en dus hartstikke nieuw. Het ligt in een van de meest gewilde plekken in en rond San Sebastian, op 25 meter van het strand van La Concha en slechts een paar minuten van de oude stad.

Het gebied rond het appartement



Een van 's werelds beste kuuroorden, La Perla de Océano, ligt aan de overkant van de straat. Villa Buda ligt op een paar minuten van de oude stad, het aquarium, het San Telmo museum en alles wat San Sebastian nog meer te bieden heeft: goede restaurants, leuke winkels, enzovoorts.

Het appartement



Er zijn vier slaapkamers, maar nog belangijker, drie terrassen en een tuin met de meest spectaculaire uitzichten op de beroemde baai van La Concha. De villa is modern ingericht en er ligt een houten vloer. Er valt veel natuurlijk licht door de grote ramen, maar je zal waarschijnlijk meer op het terras loungen en zonnen dan binnen op de bank hangen. Er is een privé parking voor twee auto’s.

Maak je verblijf in San Sebastian tot een waanzinnige ervaring, van begin tot eind, en boek Villa Buda. Je zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.

From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.

This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

    Ubicación excelente, amplio, muy bien decorado y con unas vistas fantásticas. Lo mejor los propietarios (Macarena y Victor) que hicieron gala de una educación y amabilidad dificil de encontrar hoy en día. Absolutamente recomendable.
