Het appartement Euskalherria is gelegen in een rustig gedeelte van het oude stadsdeel genaamd Ensanche, tussen Playa de la Concha en Zurriola, en naast de haven.

Het appartement Euskalheria heeft een oppervlakte van 50m2 en is gelegen in een klassiek pand. Het beschikt over een lift, maar u zult twaalf treden omhoog moeten lopen om bij de lift te komen.
De vloer is van hout en de woonkamer is ingericht met comfortabele banken, een televisie, Dvd-speler, HIFI, etc. Het is een kamer waar veel licht naar binnen stroomt en voorzien van een balkon vanwaar u uitkijkt op de mooie binnenplaats. Dit is een comfortabel appartement voor uw bezoek aan San Sebastian.
Het heeft twee slaapkamers. De grootste slaapkamer is uitgerust met een tweepersoonsbed en komt uit op een binnenplaats, waardoor het er erg rustig is. De tweede schone en nette slaapkamer heeft twee bedden van 90cm en komt uit op dezelfde binnenplaats.
De keuken beschikt over alle nodige apparatuur, zoals een wasmachine, oven, magnetron en een koelkast. Hulpmiddelen, zoals onder andere een blender, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, pannen, fruitpers, pannen en bestek, zorgen ervoor dat u zich hier thuis zult voelen.
De badkamer met douche bevat alles wat u nodig zult hebben: handdoeken, haardroger, enz..
Dit appartement is zeer comfortabel ingedeeld. Het is een zeer aangenaam, praktisch en zonnig huis en zoals reeds besproken kijkt het uit op een mooie binnenplaats wat wil zeggen dat het een zeer rustig gelegen huis is, ondanks zijn locatie in het centrum.

There are many activities that can be done by foot from this part of the city, as it is situated in an ideal place to reach any part of the city.
Within the Donostiarra atmosphere, we can visit the fishing harbour of San Sebastian, the Playa de la Concha or the Paseo Nuevo, from where you can contemplate sea waves crushing against the rocks with all their strength; followed by the Aquarium and the harbour with its typical restaurants.
A good chance to enjoy fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea.
By staying in this area, you will be next to the best area of bars and restaurants in the city, where you can enjoy its spectacular "pintxos", great traditional Basque dishes.
For a cultural visit the Victoria Eugenia Theater, recently refurbished, and Kusaal, where they thrive exhibitions, concerts,etc.
During the summer, there are boats which will take you on a 30 minute trip along the coast. Another option may be spending the day on the island of Santa Clara, where boats leave regularly every 15 minutes.
Next to La Playa de La Concha you can enjoy a good bubble bath of many different types in the magnificent Thalassotherapy Center of La Perla.
