Het appartement Moneo is gebouwd door de beroemde architect Moneo die tevens het Congres Paleis van Kursaal heeft gebouwd. Onlangs is het gerenoveerd (augustus 2008), en het is gelegen in een van de beste en populairste centrale delen van San Sebastian.Uitkijkend over de emblematische plaats die bekend staat als het Paleis Kursaal, en op slechts steenworp afstand van het historische deel van San Sebastian, het strand van Zurriola, La Concha en het stadscentrum.
Het appartement;
Moneo is een ruim drieslaapkamerappartement, in het hart van San Sebastian, in een gebouw met lift.
Er is een grote woonkamer met een afgescheiden keuken en grote ramen waar veel licht door naar binnen valt. De woonkamer is zeer comfortabel en is uitgerust met een flatscreentelevisie, DVD-speler, etc.
Het appartement kan plaats bieden aan maximaal 5 personen met twee bedden in de master slaapkamer, twee eenpersoonsbedden in de tweede, en een eenpersoonsbed in de derde kamer. Elke kamer is eenvoudig en elegant met kastruimte voor de eigendommen van de gasten.
Het appartement Moneo beschikt over twee volledige badkamers; een is voorzien van een compleet ligbad/douche unit, terwijl de tweede over een douche unit beschikt. In de badkamers zijn schone handdoeken aanwezig bij aankomst.
In de volledig ingerichte keuken kunnen gasten koken en zitten aan de keukentafel en stoelen om van een maaltijd te genieten. De keuken is voorzien van een wasmachine, vaatwasser, oven, magnetron, vitrokeramische kookplaat, koelkast, potten en pannen, koffiezetapparaat, etc.
Of u nu voor zaken of vakantie naar San Sebastian komt, het appartement zal een genot zijn met comfort en de locatie als grootste kenmerken.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

a very clean and well equipped apartment ,ideally suited to a family of 5 .we were able to cook and prepare our own meals .one of our no left their passport after we checked out and the helpful staff sorted us out and gave it back in time for us to catch our plane!this apartment is fantastic and central and I can recommend it highly

Good area. Very clean and spacious. Nice to have laundry facilities. Good to have Wi-fi so readily available. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, dishwasher etc. Two bathrooms was great. The person who brought us the key was very helpful and prompt.
