Het appartement Verdi is gelegen in het hart van San Sebastian, in een voetgangersgebied, en in een van de leukste delen van de stad...
De omgeving van het appartement
Het is een geweldige omgeving, vlakbij de beroemde kathedraal van “Buen pastor” met vele bars en winkels in de voetgangersstraten, met een splinternieuw winkelcentrum op slechts 10 min lopen.... De onlangs gerenoveerde markt San Martin is dichtbij het appartement en hier vindt u alles wat u maar nodig heeft.
Indien u liever niet loopt naar de verschillende delen van San Sebastian, dan kunt u vanaf dit appartement meerdere bussen nemen die u overal naartoe brengen.
Het appartement
Het appartement Verdi is een eenslaapkamerappartement; het is zeer ruim en beschikt ongeveer over 50m2 in een gerenoveerd gebouw. Overal zijn hardhouten vloeren en gasten zullen zien dat in het appartement alleen de beste materialen en afwerkingen zijn gebruikt. De hoofdingang van het gebouw is prachtig en volledig gemaakt van steen en marmer. De gevel van het gebouw is schitterend en er is een lift.
Gasten zullen zich helemaal thuis voelen; ze hebben de beschikking over een ligbad, televisie, DVD-speler, etc....
Het woon/eetgedeelte is ruim, elegant en eenvoudig qua inrichting. Hier vinden gasten eveneens een comfortabele slaapbank voor de derde gast.
De grootste slaapkamer beschikt over een inbouwkast waar de gasten hun eigendommen kunnen opbergen en dit is een zeer aangename en rustige kamer.
De keuken is klein en goed uitgerust: er is een vitrokeramische kookplaat, magnetron, vaatwasser, blender, sapmachine, potten en pannen, broodrooster, etc...
De ruime badkamer is voorzien van een ligbad, haardroger, schone handdoeken en toiletpapier waar u bij aankomst gebruik van kunt maken...
Het appartement Verdi is een geweldige keuze wanneer u op zoek bent naar kwaliteit en comfort in het hart van San Sebastian.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, dadurch natürlich etwas lauter, und gleichzeitig nah am Strand. Sehr gepflegt und schön. Alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Cafés etc.) direkt in der Nähe.

Spacious,reasonably well equipped apartment in central location with easy access to beach, old town, trains etc. Despite our lack of Spanish and Josefina's (our local contact) lack of English, we found her (and her daughter!) very friendly and helpful with some minor teething problems we had on arrival. Would thoroughly reccommend this apartment to others

Position, balcony, style, comfort, Josefina the owner was extremely nice and helpful. Bars nearby and the gorgeous breakfast bakery by the cathedral! Easy to locate with the cathedral spire being such an obvious landmark. It was a fabulous stay and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
