De appartementen zijn gelegen in Palma centrum, vlakbij alle trendy bars en restaurants in Santa Catalina.
Alle appartementen zijn gelegen in hetzelfde gloednieuwe gebouw en je kunt kiezen voor een parkeerplaats in Palma centrum. De Murillo Blue is een zogenaamd duplex-appartement, twee verdiepingen, verbonden door een wenteltrap.
Het gebied rond het appartement
Santa Catalina ligt de overkant van de rivier van de beroemde winkelstraat Jaume III, aan de linkerkant van de Avenida de Argentinië. In het hart van de stad, in een gebied vol met spannende restaurants en bars. Er is voor elk wat wils. De straat waar de Murillo appartementen zijn gelegen is een rustige, ondanks dat er veel horeca in de buurt is.
Er zijn tal van musea in de omgeving, waaronder de hedendaagse kunst museum met een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee. De kathedraal is niet te missen! In het gebied rond de kathedraal, Plaza Mayor en Jaume III is ook waar u heen gaat voor een Palma kunnen winkelen.
Het appartement
Het appartement Murillo Red is gloednieuw en beschikt over een groot terras, twee slaapkamers, een badkamer, een apart toilet en een woonkamer met een geïntegreerde keuken. De stijl is modern en licht waaraan veel kleur is toegevoegd.
U betreedt het appartement op de tweede verdieping van het gebouw, die de eerste verdieping van het appartement Murillo Red is. Hier vindt u een comfortabele woonkamer die wordt geleverd met sofa, TV en Dvd-speler en waar u kunt ontspannen als u besluit een avond thuis te blijven. Er is een eettafel alsook stoelen. Deze woonkamer/eetkamer beschikt bovendien over een kleiner balkon.
De volledig uitgeruste keuken bevindt zich aan de rechterkant van deze verdieping, samen met een ingebouwd balkon met wasmachine en een apart toilet.
Boven vindt u de twee slaapkamers die aan een badkamer grenzen. De inloopdouche is een mooie eigenschap van deze badkamer. De grootste slaapkamer bevat een tweepersoonsbed en voldoende kastruimte. Vanuit deze kamer wordt u ook naar het fantastische terras geleid waar u kunt genieten van de zon van Mallorca.
De tweede slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed dat ingeklapt kan worden, zodat u overdag een beetje meer ruimte heeft.

Santa Catalina
La Lonja is the restaurant area nearest the heart of the city where you can find such famous places as “Abaco” for cocktails and “La Boveda” for tapas. Both well worth a visit. One of the main streets in this area is the C/Apuntadors, leading to Plaça Drassanes from the Passeig des Born. Some of our apartments are located on the C/Apuntadors itself and this is a marvelous location for you to discover the restaurants and bars on offer in the La Lonja area of Palma as well as the shopping which is just around the corner.
The La Lonja area also contains quite a few lovely squares where you can enjoy the local life as it passes you by on the streets and in the cafés. The square next to the “La Lonja” itself, the old fish market, which looks more like a church, is highly recommended for tapas and lunches outside on the big restaurant terraces. The Drassanes square is also good for a quick snack or tapas on your way from the centre out to Santa Catalina and some of the lovely restaurants you can find there or on the way.
Walking further left, or west, passing the Plaça Drassanes and heading up to the Museum of Modern Art, or perhaps strolling along the seafront under the palm trees that gave the city its name, you arrive at Santa Catalina. Santa Catalina is a bohemian area with low buildings and a big variety of very good restaurants and up and coming bars. This is the area to visit for a good meal and interesting walks.
In the area between La Lonja and Santa Catalina you get more classic, typical bars open all year, which are mostly visited by the locals. If you are looking for the best empanadas in town, then this is a must!
Santa Catalina is known as the restaurant district of Palma and is famous for its up and coming bars and restaurants. It might be a good idea to check in with one of the local tourist offices either on the Passeig des Born or the Plaça Espanya to check which restaurants are the talked about while you are visiting. You can also ask our staff on Mallorca for recommendations on restaurants and bars in this area.
C/Fabrica is definitely one of the streets in Santa Catalina that clients should check out to see what is on offer.
Friendly Rentals have quite a few apartments in the Santa Catalina area since this is a very up-and-coming part of Palma that absolutely should not be missed. It might be a good idea to book your parking space in advance with the accommodation, if available, since it is sometimes difficult to park on the Santa Catalina streets during the high seasons, weekends and so on.
This is an area of Palma that is a must, be if for Asian fusion or Argentinian steak houses. This is also the area that leads you to the next point of interest: the Passeig Marítimo and its bars and nightclubs!
