Het appartement Chueca IV Loft is zonder twijfel een zeer bijzonder appartement; door de geraffineerde uitstraling en de prachtige inrichting door professionele ontwerpers is het eindresultaat werkelijk bijzonder.
De wijk Chueca en deze fantastische loft gaan hand in hand... de moderne buurt is constant in ontwikkeling en biedt een enorm scala aan winkels, bars en restaurants...
De omgeving van het appartement;
In deze geweldige buurt kunnen gasten genieten van een ruime keuze aan winkels, cafés, bars en restaurants. In de wijk kunt u fantastisch rondwandelen en kijken wat er allemaal gaande is. Veel van de bezienswaardigheden in deze zeer bijzondere wijk kunt u lopend bereiken zoals de "Puerta del Sol" of "Plaza Mayor" op slechts 10 minuten loopafstand via Gran Vía en de straat Alcalá; in de tegengestelde richting bereiken gasten de "Paseo de la Castellana", de "Biblioteca Nacional" of het "Prado Museum" op ongeveer 10 minuten...
Het appartement;
Er zijn niet veel appartementen die op dezelfde fantastische wijze zijn ontworpen; door de zeer moderne en nette afwerking is de loft Chueca IV een fantastische keuze tijdens uw bezoek aan Madrid. Dit appartement gelegen op de 3e verdieping, (in het gebouw is een lift aanwezig), is een zeer lichte loft waar de keuken en het woon- en eetgedeelte één geheel vormen... in dit geweldige appartement valt veel daglicht naar binnen via de zes balkons vanwaar u een mooi uitzicht heeft op de buurt, met de oude kleine en smalle straatjes. Er is een schitterend zitgedeelte waar u ontspannen van een wijntje kunt genieten op de zeer comfortabele banken voordat u op pad gaat om het nachtleven van Madrid te gaan ontdekken... deze bank kan ook worden gebruikt voor de extra 3e en 4e gasten, dit is een comfortabele slaapbank van 135 x 180...
De slaapkamer is net zo smaakvol ontworpen. Zoals u kunt zien op de foto´s is dit een prachtige slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en voldoende kastruimte voor de gasten om hun eigendommen op te bergen; tevens zijn er 2 balkons en deze kamer beschikt over airconditioning. De zeer moderne badkamer is voorzien van zwarte en witte tegeltjes en heeft een geweldige douche. De ruime en moderne keuken heeft alle moderne gemakken zodat u zich nergens druk om hoeft te maken en verzekerd bent van een aangenaam verblijf in het appartement...
Niet alleen bevindt de Chueca Loft zich in een van de leukste wijken van Madrid, het is ook een fantastisch appartement dat uw verblijf in Madrid gedenkwaardig zal maken...

Chueca
The area of Chueca is located in the city centre. It belongs to the District of justice, one of the most quoted of the moment. Its attractiveness is due to a multitude of qualities like having the variety of leisure activities and the more diverse and modern services of the city.
Chueca is the kind of neighbourhood perfect for strolling and stumbling upon attractive establishments. Its most attractive point is the “Plaza de Chueca” (Chueca square) by which receives the name, and Chueca metro station on the centre of the square. Taste the forward-thinking, fusion cuisine of New York-style cafes along calles Libertad and San Marcos (Cafe Diurno & Bazaar are two stand-outs). Calle Fuencarral is a cool area for shopping, with the hippest shops: Diesel, Puma, Adidas, Hoss; and calle Augusto Figueroa for top brands occasion shoes. In the calles Almirante and Prim, one can find some of Madrid's most chic fashion and shoe shops.
You can find plenty of shops with the most modern and special.
Visiting the famous Fuencarral Market, that gives life and character to this shopping area, and where the best brands living next to creations of young designers, a place with a young and cheerful atmosphere.
Its location is perfect for walking access to the most attractive points of the city, just 5 minutes from Gran Via the ornate and upscale shopping street and Puerta del Sol (Spanish for "Gate of the Sun") is one of the most well known and busiest places in Madrid.
Ten minutes from the Prado museum and the Thyssen Bornemitza museum, two of the most important art galleries in the world.
Another good option is to stay in the neighbourhood where people enjoy their sunny days by taking the snack (Tapas) in the innumerable outdoor terraces.
This neighbourhood shows its splendor during the month of June, when it celebrate the “Gay Pride festival” that has become a social event of great significance in Madrid, not only for gays if not for all the"modern" people. At the Gay Pride parade giant floats pass by the most important streets of Madrid -Alcala, Gran Via, with music and filled with people dancing in fancy dress.

Good position for shops and Madrid in general. Good value, nice spacious apartment with everything you needed. People in offices very nice, bit more explanation about how to get to apartment would have been helpful, didn't realise it was in the booklet.
