Het appartement is gelegen in een zone waar alle woningen in het laatste decennium zijn gebouwd. Hierdoor is de infrastructuur goed, met brede straten en veel groen. The “Paseo de la Castellana” starts in Plaza de Colón, north of the Salamanca district, continuing north you come to “Nuevos Ministerios” an area another of Madrid major rail interchange.
