Monserrat is at the same time next to San Telmo, another well known historic neighbourhood, and Puerto Madero, the most modern one. Both are walking distance.
Puerto Madero was built during the 90´s, on the riverside, restauring old and abandoned port sheds into great modern buildings which now hold the most
prestigious restaurants, bars and the international companies offices.

It is also just minutes away the financial centre, the emblematic Obelisk, Florida pedestrian St., Corrientes Av and 25 de Mayo Av as well.
