Een gezellig en pas gerenoveerd appartement in de buurt van Plaza de España en de Fira op Montjuic.
Dit is een mooi, lichte stijl studio-appartement op de eerste verdieping van een modernistisch gebouw - zonder lift. Deze locatie zorgt ervoor dat u vanuit hier heerlijk alles kunt doen wat uw hartje begeert hier in Barcelona, lekker winkelen of uitgebreide sightseeing!
Het gebied rond het appartement:
Vlakbij het Calabria I appartement is het conventie centrum van Fira de Montjuïc en het Plaza de España. Hier bent u net aan de voet van de berg Montjuïc waar verschillende bezienswaardigheden zijn gevestigd, zoals Poble Espanyol, het Olympisch stadion en zwembaden. Er is ook het Nationaal Museum van Catalonië,en natuurlijk niet te vergeten, de spectaculaire Font Magica!
De gasten die in het Calabria I verblijven hebben gemakkelijke toegang tot het centrum van de stad middels de metro die direct bij uw appartement te vinden is. Binnen enkele minuten bent u bij de Gotische wijk, la Rambla, El Borne, enz.
Een bezoek aan het Calabrië I appartement zal u niet teleurstellen!
Het appartement:
Het Calabria I appartement is onlangs gerenoveerd en het resultaat is een combinatie van modern, met behoud van vele charmante eigenschappen, zoals de zeer hoge plafonds en de prachtige houten balken, die typisch zijn in de Catalaanse huizen.
De keuken, slaapkamer-en groot tweepersoonsbed-en woonkamer zijn allen gevestigd in dezelfde grote kamer. Het is een studio appartement. Het tweede tweepersoonsbed ligt boven de keuken met toegang via een ladder. Let u erop, dat deze gebieden niet geheel afgesloten zijn. Het hele appartement is smaakvol met houten parket vloeren en eenvoudige strakke lijnen. Er zijn 2 kleine balkons waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen met een Spaanse wijn.
De keuken is onlangs geïnstalleerd en is volledig uitgerust met keramische counter tops, en alle gebruikelijke apparatuur zoals magnetron, koelkast, potten, pannen, koffiezetapparaat, koelkast etc. De badkamer bestaat uit een douche, wastafel en toilet.
Het hele appartement is voorzien van airconditioning (warm / koud) en u kunt gebruik maken van de tv, met satelliet en DVD. Alle beddengoed en handdoeken worden verstrekt, alsmede een strijkijzer en strijkplank.
Of u nu hier bent voor zaken of voor een lekkere vakantie, dit appartement is zeker iets wat u als genieten zult ervaren!

We absolutely loved the appartment. It was very beautiful large and bright studio. Especially the small "inside" balcony where the quests could enjoy lovely breakfast and tapas was a huge plus. It was perfectly situated due to the metrostation just accross the street. Sometimes it was a bit too noisy during the nights because of the grand via near the appartment, but we got used to it very quickly.

O apartamento é simplesmente espectacular! A localização é a ideal, em que vemos a estação de metro da janela. Todos os equipamentos do apartamento são de qualidade e funcionam.
