Prachtig appartement in hartje centrum...
Dit geweldige appartement is onlangs gerenoveerd en kleurrijk en stijlvol ingericht. Het is een geweldige keuze voor uw verblijf in Barcelona.
De omringende omgeving van het appartement:
Het appartement is gelegen in hartje centrum op de grens met de trendy buurt El Borne en vlakbij de bekende markt Santa Catarina. De buurt is bekend om zijn vele restaurants, boutiekjes en tapas-bars. De Ramblas en de oude cathedraal liggen op loopafstand.
HOUDT U ER REKENING MEE; dat deze buurt een opkomende buurt is die de afgelopen jaren enorm opgeknapt is. Het is een multiculturele buurt met vele toeristische attracties. De buurt is misschien iets minder gepolijst als andere stadsdelen en is daarom voor sommigen misschien iets minder aantrekkelijk.
The apartment:
The Mozart apartment building has been renovated to strict rules and guidelines which conserves the facade of the ancient gothic quarter. The Mozart apartment itself is located on the first floor of this lovely building and is one of five apartments in the same building, Mozart I, II, III and IV. There is NO elevator in this building, as is quite common in the old part of Barcelona. With an open plan layout and some distinct characteristics such as original wooden beams in the ceiling which are typical in some of our lovely old Catalonian buildings, any guest can relax after a day of adventuring through the narrow cobbled stone lanes of the old town.
The bedroom accommodates two single beds and comes with wardrobe and drawers where the guest can put his belongings. The decor is again simple and elegant with a a fresh, sharp look with touches of bright colour.
The living room area has a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD and stereo and is a nice area to sit back in and enjoy some quiet time before heading out to the hustle and bustle of Barcelona.
The kitchen has been newly installed and is fully equipped with vitroceramic counter tops, and all the commonplace items like fridge, microwave-oven, pots, pans, coffee machine, toaster and so on. The bathroom comprises of a large shower unit and is fresh and simple in look and comes with fresh towels for use upon arrival.
The whole apartment is fitted with air conditioning (hot/cold). All linens and towels are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.
Whether you are in Barcelona on business or on vacation, staying at this apartment will make it a memorable visit!
