L'appartamento Sensae, situato nel cuore della città, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, in una delle zone più eleganti e apprezzate di San Sebastian.
L'appartamento
L'appartamento Sensae, di 100m2, è un appartamento di lusso con due terrazze di 40m2 e 20m2, in un emblematico edificio in un ambiente privilegiato.
Si tratta di un appartamento unico, molto luminoso, con una fantastica terrazza dove potrete rilassarvi.
Con spazi molto ampi, distribuito tipo suite, dispone di un impeccabile salone - dal quale si accede alla terrazza grande - con mobili di qualità, un elegante divano, un tavolo da pranzo, il tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Qui troverete anche una cucina americana completamente accessoriata, disegnata su misura e con porte scorrevoli.
Di fianco al salone si trova uno dei bagni, elegante e impeccabile, con vasca.
La camera da letto dell'appartamento è tipo suite e si divide in due spazi: da un lato si trova il letto mentre dall'altro si trova un divano. Da questa camera si accede alla seconda terrazza. Infine, il bagno di questa camera da letto, ampio, elegante e funzionale, con doccia.
L'intero appartamento dispone di pavimenti in legno, eccetto nei bagni.
I tetti in calcestruzzo risaltano le travi a vista, donando un effetto diverso all'appartamento, accompagnando l'elegante decorazione piena di dettagli.
Tutto l'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata indipendente in ogni zona.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

It is a wonderful appartment. It was modern and well equipped but cozy and comfortable too. The terraces are fantastic and overall it was a great place to stay. If you stayed in a hotel suite of similar standard ot would cost three times as much.
