The lower level has 190m2 and a 35m2 terrace and comprises of living room, kitchen come dining/living room, two bedrooms (both with ample space for the guests belongings); both of these bedrooms come with double beds 160x200 and the two bathrooms are on the same level, (one of these bathrooms has a hydraulic massage shower). This level also comes with a balcony terrace with such beautiful seaviews and comes with a telescope for the guests use..

Lower level has 110m2 comprises of two bedrooms and each one comes with two single beds 90x200 with latex mattresses, living room, study-library, gym and full bathroom.

The "pueblo" is only 2 minutes by car and the bus stop is about 10 mins walking from the villa and will leave you in the centre of San Sebastian right on the Boulevard; you can also make it downtown in about 6 mins by car and to the Ondarreta beach in about 5 mins..

The Villa has some of the most magnificent views of the sea and with the "Raton de Guetaria" and the famous "La Concha" bay as backdrops, it doesn't really get any better.. each day brings a different look as the sun sets ...
