l’appartamento Bahia è stato interamente rinnovato, L’attico è un moderno appartamento, completamente inondato dalla luce che entra attraverso le numerose finestre, articolato in tre ambienti differenti costituiti dal salone, dalla cucina e due camere da letto
Vivace e colorato, accogliente ed elegante, l’appartamento è interamente rivestito in parquet.
La zona notte, consta di un letto matrimoniale ed un ampio guardaroba. La zona giorno con una comode poltrone, nella zona pranzo si trovano un tavolo con tre sedie, TV a schermo piatto e DVD.

Completano l’appartamento un comodo bagno con doccia ed una cucina moderna e completamente attrezzata, ideale per preparare una deliziosa colazione da gustare in terrazza.

L’incantevole terrazza è una vera e propria chicca, un gioiellino incastonato tra i tetti ed i comignoli, in un tripudio di gelsomini e di fiori colorati, un angolo profumato e verdeggiante dal quale si gode una bella vista. Dotata di un tavolo con tre sedie, è il luogo perfetto per assaporare un caffè o un cappuccino appena svegli o per sorseggiare un drink al tramonto, avvolti da un pofumo inebriante. Davvero una scelta stupenda per una splendida vacanza in questo piccolo paradiso nel cuore di San Sebastian!

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.

From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.

This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

    The location was fantastic, right near the beach, 2mins to a very handy little supermarket, and a pretty 10min walk to the old town for the evenings. It was very clean and modern with lots of storage in the bedroom and a comfy bed, the bathroom had a big shower and big mirror, there was everything you need in the kitchen and a lovely sunny balcony.     Our first experience of renting an apartment for our stay was so lovely. The process was made stress free with good communication between Friendly rentals and ourselves.     The location was excellent and it was really well equipped. The booking process and information provided before arrival was clear and included all the information needed. The check in and out were really friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was in sunshine for most of the day despite not facing the beach.
