L'appartamento Moneo è stato costruito dal famoso architetto Moneo, lo stesso che costruì il palazzo Kursaal. Rinnovato nel 2008, è situato in una delle migliori aree di San Sebastian. Affacciato sull'emblematico Palazzo Kursaal e poca distanza camminando dal casco antico, dalla spiaggia Zurriola, La Concha e il centro.
L'appartamento;
Moneo è uno spazioso appartamento con tre camere da letto, situato in un edificio con ascensore.
Ha un ampio salone con cucina separata e grandi finestre che permettono l'entrata di molta luce naturale. Il salone è molto confortevole e dispone di TV, DVD, ecc...
L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 5 persone con 2 letti nella camera da letto principale, due letti individuali nella seconda e uno nella terza camera. Tutte le stanze sono eleganti e dispongono di armadio per gli effetti personali degli ospiti.
L'appartamento Moneo dispone di 2 bagni completi. Uno con vasca, l'altro con doccia. Entrambi dispongono di freschi asciugamani pronti all'uso all'arrivo.
La cucina completamente accessoriata vi permetterà di cucinare i vostri piatti favoriti e mangiare insieme nella tavolo da pranzo con sedie. La cucina dispone di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, vetroceramica, frigorifero, macchina del caffè, pentole, ecc...

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

a very clean and well equipped apartment ,ideally suited to a family of 5 .we were able to cook and prepare our own meals .one of our no left their passport after we checked out and the helpful staff sorted us out and gave it back in time for us to catch our plane!this apartment is fantastic and central and I can recommend it highly

Excellent location near old town and beach, also liked local area for bars, shops etc. Apartment was nicely finished and tasteful. Check in and out was very efficient and friendly.

Good area. Very clean and spacious. Nice to have laundry facilities. Good to have Wi-fi so readily available. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, dishwasher etc. Two bathrooms was great. The person who brought us the key was very helpful and prompt.
