L'appartamento Luxury è situato nel cuore di San Sebastian, in un bell'edificio con ascensore e terrazza.



L'appartamento Luxury si trova nel Boulevar, il cuore di San Sebastian, molto vicino alla spiaggia de La Concha. Sarete anche vicino al casco antico, al museo San Telmo e al porto. A pochi minuti si trova anche il centro commerciale “La Bretxa” e il grazioso edificio Kursal.

L'area che circonda l'appartamento



Tutto è a portata di mano, essendo magnificamente ubicato in centro. Appena usciti dall'appartamento vi troverete nel “Paseo de La Concha” che vi condurrà all'acquario e al porto, dove potrete provare tipici ristoranti di pesce del Mar Cantabrico.

Potrete anche raggiungere il monte Urgull, vicino all'edificio, dove potrete godere di viste mozzafiato oppure potrete visitare le esposizioni del palazzo Kursal.

Durante i mesi estivi potrete fare piccole gite in barca o visitare l'isola di Santa Clara.

Non dimenticatevi del famoso centro benessere La Perla sul viale de La Concha.

L'appartamento Luxury, di circa 55m2 e con terrazza (11m2 circa), è stato arredato in stile moderno de è una scelta perfetta per qualsiasi tipo di soggiorno a San Sebastian.

Gode di molta luce naturale e dispone di una terrazza alla quale di accede dal salone e dalla camera da letto.
L'appartamento ha pavimenti in parquet ed è completamente accessoriato. Il salone dispone di TV a schermo piatto, stereo e divano.
La camera da letto dispone di TV a schermo piatto e armadio.
La cucina dispone di tutte le modernità necessarie: lavatrice, forno, microonde, frigorifero, frullatore, macchina del caffè, tostapane, spremiagrumi, pentole, ecc.. tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più comodo possibile!


L'appartamento Luxury è un tranquillo attico in centro che si affaccia a un patio interiore.

Il bagno dispone di doccia idromassaggio, asciugamani e asciugacapelli.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.

From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.

This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

    We loved the location of the apartment, so close to the beach and city! The apartment was very clean, modern and tasteful. I particularly loved the baby bottle of Moet and my husband loved the coffee machine and decor.
