The Hondarribia apartment has been recently refurbished (April 2008) and is located in Fuenterrabia (Honadrribia) which is located approximately 20km outside of San Sebastian. Fuenterrabia is the most sought after and popular town in the Guipuzkoa region; it has 17,000 inhabitants and is located in the extreme northeast of the province….

The area that surrounds the apartment;

This apartment is located right in front of the town’s fantastic beach with the most amazing sea views!!!!!! This traditional fishing village still depends on the ports activities and is one of the most important ports in Guipúzcoa….

The inner part of this town is picture perfect and has many wonderful bars and restaurants… the main street in the centre of town consists of a long line of wonderful bars that are famous for their tapas and food, this will truly be an experience you will never forget….. One of the most important “barrios” or neighbourhoods is the “Barrio de la Marina o del Puerto” which was the original fisherman’s turf… with it’s traditional houses with wooden balconies, now painted in bright wonderful colours and adorned with flowers, it is an abosolute delight to the visitor …. The Patron Saint of Hondarribia is on the 8th September with the festivities beginning on the 7th till the 11th September…

The San Sebastian airport is in the region of Hondarribia, so a short 20 min taxi ride will have the guest at the apartment….

Located in a an urbanization with several buildings of approximately 10 stories each, this particular apartment is relatively high up and has use of the impeccably well kept communal grounds which includes a play area for smaller children, tennis court and direct access to the beach; the urbanization is private and has it’s own outdoor parking. This apartment comes with it’s own parking space… the building also comes with elevator…

The main feature of the wonderful living/dining is the large, (approx. 5m in width) window that looks out to the sea, beach and in the distance you can even see France!! The living room is spacious area of the apartment decorated in nice light tones; the guests staying in this apartment can enjoy meals while soaking up the view.. this area also contains the comfortable sofa bed for two guests…..

The bedroom of the Hondarribia comes with a comfortable double bed, built in wardrobe and is exterior facing and very peaceful… the bathroom is impeccable and comes with a shower unit, sink, wc, etc…

The Hondarribia apartment is modern and comfortable and comes with flat screen TV, DVD, HIFI to ensure the guests feel at home…
