L'appartamento Verdi, ubicato nel cuore di San Sebastian, si trova in una zona pedonale, in una delle aree più belle della città.
L'area che circonda l'appartamento
Vicino alla Cattedrale Buen Pastor, l'appartamento si trova in un'area piena di ristoranti e negozi a solo 10 minuti camminando. Anche il rinnovato mercato di San Martin è a poca distanza e troverete tutto ciò di cui potete necessitare.
Se decidete di fare una gita fuori porta vi sono svariate fermate di autobus.
L'appartamento
L'appartamento Verdi, di circa 50m2 e con una camera da letto, è spazioso e siutato in un edificio ristrutturato con ascensore. Dispone di suolo in parquet e preziose rifiniture. L'ingresso è fatto di pietra e marmo.
Gli ospiti si sentiranno proprio come a casa, con DVD,TV, ecc..
Il salone/sala da pranzo è semplice ma elegante. Dispone di un divano-letto per il terzo ospite.
La camera da letto principale è arredata con un armadio ed è molto tranquilla.
La cucina è piccola ma ben accessoriata: vetroceramica, microonde, lavastoviglie, frullatore, spremiagrumi, tostapane, pentole, ecc...
Il bagno è ampio e completo di doccia. Dispone di asciugacapelli e asciugamani pronti all'uso all'arrivo.
L'appartamento verdi è una magnifica scelta per passare una vacanza a San Sebastian all'insegna della qualità e del comfort.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, dadurch natürlich etwas lauter, und gleichzeitig nah am Strand. Sehr gepflegt und schön. Alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Cafés etc.) direkt in der Nähe.

Spacious,reasonably well equipped apartment in central location with easy access to beach, old town, trains etc. Despite our lack of Spanish and Josefina's (our local contact) lack of English, we found her (and her daughter!) very friendly and helpful with some minor teething problems we had on arrival. Would thoroughly reccommend this apartment to others

Position, balcony, style, comfort, Josefina the owner was extremely nice and helpful. Bars nearby and the gorgeous breakfast bakery by the cathedral! Easy to locate with the cathedral spire being such an obvious landmark. It was a fabulous stay and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
