The apartment is about 500m from the maginificent La Concha beach, and what is considered one of the most famous and beautiful bays in the world...
The area surrounding the apartment
The area is a great one, very commercial with lots of great shops along the pedestrian streets, with a brand new commercial centre at an easy 5 min walk....
As mentioned this area is full of shops and is pedestrian so it's great for wandering around in, discovering all the excellent pintxo bars to hand and all the great shopping that can be done... the recently renovated and much improved San Martin market is very close to the apartment and here you will find everything you could need..... not far from this really great apartment is the very well known Kursal venue centre, where the world famous San Sebastian film festival takes place every year and if you happen to be in San Sebastian at this time it is not unusal to see many of today's movie stars .... another great option for the guest visiting San Sebastian is to dine al fresco in one fo the little, "been here since the beginning of time" little restaurants along the old fish port, where they will rustle up the catch of the day and you will truly taste the sea.....
Should you not feel like walking to the different parts of San Sebastian this apartment has plenty of buses that will leave you whereever you need to go...
The Apartment;
The Elkano apartment is a luxurious two bedroom apartment; it is very spacious and has approximately 60m2 and is in a recently renovated building.. the façade of which is all that has been preserved... this great apartment has hardwood floor throughout and as the guest will appreciate as they enter into the apartment only the best materials and finishes have been used. The main entrance to the building is new and modern and completely made of marble which is in direct contrast with the old and very beautiful façade of the building, a combination whcih works extremely well..... this great new building comes with two elevators both of which are wheelchair accessible....
The guest will feel totally at home from the moment they walk in to the apartment; they can avail of the style bath, TV, DVD, HIFI, entrance security camera system, etc.....)
The living/dining area is spacious and is elegant and simple in decor. Here the guest will also find a comfortable sofa.
The Elkano apartment comes with two bedrooms; the main bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe, which is ample space for all guests belongings and is a very pleasant and calm room... the second bedroom, which has been tastefully decorated, has two single beds and also comes with a built in wardrobe....
The modern and slick kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons to make sure the guest has a hassle free stay and can prepare a meal should they wish to... it comes with vitroceramic, microwave, dishwasher, blender, juicer, kettle, pots and pans, toaster, etc...
The bathroom is ample and comes with a jacuzzi jet style, hairdryer, fresh towels and paper ready for use upon arrival...
The Elkano comes with a large parking space which can be used by the guests, the cost per nigth is 16€.....
The Elkano apartment is a great choice if you are looking for quality and comfort in the heart of San Sebastian.....

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…
