Proprio appena fuori dall'appartamento troverete alcuni bar di pintxos e magnifici ristoranti. Il palazzo Kursaal, il teatro Victoria Eugenia e altri siti d'interesse sono a poca distanza dall'appartamento.
Durante il periodo estivo potrete fare gite in barca all'isola si Santa Clara.
Sulla famosa spiaggia de La Concha troverete inoltre un rinomato centro benessere “La Perla” per godere di rilassanti momenti.
Nell'area si trovano fermate di autobus per potersi muovere con facilità.

I classici pavimenti in legno e le porte ridipinte in bianco rendono l'ambiente davvero accogliente, dove potersi rilassare dopo una lunga giornata di visite turistiche. Il salone dispone di TV 32” a schermo piatto, DVD, stereo, ecc...
La cucina è perfetta, moderna e accessoriata per poter preparare pranzi e cene come in casa.
Questo affascinante appartamento dispone di due balconi che si affacciano sulla strada.
La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e si affaccia all'interno dell'edificio, assicurando un tranquillo risposo. Anche se l'appartamento di trova in una delle strade principali del casco antico rimane un luogo molto tranquillo.
Il bagno dispone di bagno con vasca/doccia, wc, lavandino, scalda asciugamani, asciugacapelli, ecc...
L'edificio dispone di ascensore anche se vi sono solo 20 scalini per arrivare all'appartamento.

The area surrounding the apartment;
There are many activities that can be done by foot from this part of the city, as it is situated in an ideal place to reach any part of the city.
Within the Donostiarra atmosphere, we can visit the fishing harbour of San Sebastian, the Playa de la Concha or the Paseo Nuevo, from where you can contemplate sea waves crushing against the rocks with all their strength; followed by the Aquarium and the harbour with its typical restaurants.
A good chance to enjoy fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea.
By staying in this area, you will be next to the best area of bars and restaurants in the city, where you can enjoy its spectacular "pintxos", great traditional Basque dishes.
For a cultural visit the Victoria Eugenia Theater, recently refurbished, and Kusaal, where they thrive exhibitions, concerts,etc.
During the summer, there are boats which will take you on a 30 minute trip along the coast. Another option may be spending the day on the island of Santa Clara, where boats leave regularly every 15 minutes.
Next to La Playa de La Concha you can enjoy a good bubble bath of many different types in the magnificent Thalassotherapy Center of La Perla.
From this apartment, you can make your shoppings, access famous Basque gastronomy, enjoy its beaches and its people.
