Where the Gran Vía ends Plaza España begins. Surrounded by many of the buildings that until not so long showed off for being the higher ones of the city. Those skyscrapers share the scene together with historical and traditional monuments in Madrid such as the sculptures honouring Cervantes that represent his classical characters of Don Quijote and Sancho Panza in the beautiful Plaza´s gardens.

A five minutes walk through the Gran Vía is enough to reach the most centric point of the city from which you get to Puerta del Sol and the emblematic Plaza Mayor. An apartment located in the ideal place for not to even needing to get into the Metro. Museums, cinemas, theatres, touristic sites and the neighbourhoods with most cultural and night life –such as La Latina, Chueca and Malasaña- not more than ten minutes away.

Alternatively, for those here as a family or group of friends, the lounge dinning room has a new black sofa bed for 2. There is also TV, DVD, and with the rest of the apartment, artworks and decorations, giving this white apartment a hint of color and character.

The kitchen , fully equipped , has everything available for guests to feel at home. The reformed bathroom includes bathtub, to relax after a long day in this beautiful city.
