Decorazione luminosa y colorata e terrazza privata
Scegliendo questo grazioso e luminoso duplex passerete un soggiorno indimenticabile, grazie alle preziose decorazioni colorate, sia delle pareti che dei vari accessori sparsi per l'appartamento. Il tutto é magnificamente illuminato da luce naturale. Inoltre troverete una splendida terrazza privata con una magnifica vista sulla cittá e sulla baia del Tejo dalla camera da letto al piano superiore. All'angolo della strada si trova la via del conosciuto tram 28, che percorre su e giú le stradine di Lisbona, da un lato all'altro della cittá, passando a volte in vicoli cosí stretti che sembrano impossibili da attraversare!
L'appartamento:
L'appartamento Luz da Graça – di 110m2 di superficie - puó ospitare fino a 6 persone. Situato nel mezzo di un quartiere molto popolato della cittá, giusto sopra la zona di Graça e vicino al y Castillo de Sao Jorge, l'appartamento é stato rinnovato recentemente nel 2009 ed é situato al terzo piano senza ascensore di un edificio anch'esso riformato. Sono state conservate alcune delle caratteristiche originali del palazzo peró sia il propietario che l'architetto hanno voluto approfittare al massimo dello spazio, della vista sulla cittá, della luce e degli ampi volumi.
Il duplex dispone di due tranquille camere da letto dove godrete di tutta la comoditá. La prima camera da letto ha due letti individuali e si trova al piano basso; al lato vi é un bagno, con una moderna vasca da bango per i clienti piú esigenti. La seconda camera da letto si trova al piano superiore e gode di vari accessori, tra cui una doccia in ardesia e una bellissima terrazza in legno dove gli amanti del fresco potranno rilassarsi e godere del buon tempo, grazie anche a un tavolo con sedie. E' anche possibile accomodare piú ospiti grazie al divano letto che c'é nel salone.
Il salone/sala da pranzo é accogliente, con un angolo per la televisione e la mucica e con uno spazioso tavolo da pranzo situato al lato delle scale che portano al piano superiore, per poter sfruttare tutta la luce di cui gode questo appartamento.
Sará un vero piacere preparare pranzi e cene nella cucina di questo appartamento, completamente accessoriata con elettrodomestici nuovi de inoltre, grazie a un lungo balcone, potrete godere della vista sulla cittá e godere degli incredibili colori.
Nelle camere principali vi é aria condizionata per l'estate e riscaldamento per l'inverno. Infine, per coloro che non possono vivere senza internet, vi é connessione wireless ADSL senza alcun costo addizionale.
Per fantastici brevi soggiorni nel centro storico di Lisbona o per vacanze un po' piú lunghe, L'appartamento Luz da Graça sará la miglior scelta per tutti coloro che cercano sole, offerte culturali e immersione nell'autentica vita quotidiana di Lisbona.

Castelo
Il quartiere di Costa de Castelo rappresenta uno dei piu' spettacolari punti di vista di Lisbona. Se semplicemente fai una veloce camminata di trenta minuti avrai delle vedute di quasi tutta la citta' e il fiume Tago. Se vai in cima alle terrazze del Castelo di S. Jorge, Lisbona sara' ai tuoi piedi. Da qui girati verso l'oceano e passa le ore soltanto a guardare le perfette geometrie della Baixa Pombolina. Im miradouro di S. Luzia, giusto di fronte al Largo das Portas do Sol, e' lontano appena un paio di centinaia di metri, cosi' come la parte di Alfama e' nelle vicinanze del Tago. A Baixa, cinque minuti di cammino da qui, troverai delle zone piene di negozi dove ci sono tipici negozi portoghesi accanto ad alcuni alla moda.

vraiment parfait : la vue, identique Aux photos, emplacement, propreté et qualité de l appartement.... sans noter le service à l arrivé avec Maria en français!!! merci d avoir précisé sur le site internet pour le 3 ème étage sans ascenseurs car aurait pû être un problème pour certains.

Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, für uns fünf bot es ausreichend Platz. Die großzügige Küchenausstattung läßt es an nichts fehlen. Der Ausblick ist grandios, auf der Terrasse kann man ihn allerdings nur im Stehen genießen. Trotz zentraler Lage war es Nachts überraschend ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Gemüsehallte, Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Tramlinie 28 fährt gleich um die Ecke ab. Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut gefallen, wir würden dieses Appartment sofort wieder buchen!

Das Apartment hatte eine Superlage. Das Haus lag etwas erhöht auf einem Berg und man hatte von der Terrasse einen Wunderbaren Blick uf Lissabon und den Tejo. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal, direkt vor der Haustür fäahrt die electrico 28 und bringt einen zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Am Largo da Graca in der unmittelbaren Nähe viele kleine, preiswerte Restaurants. Und im Häuserblock selbst ein kleiner Supermarkt mit einem umfassenden Angebot. Gegenüber dann ein Tagesmarkt mit frischem Obst und Fisch. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet, die Bäder sind toll und die Küche hat ein umfangreiches Equipment. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit.

Un appartement situé dans un quartier authentique et pittoresque, au calme et extrèmement lumineux. Décoration, propreté, équipement : excellents!!!!. Impeccables!La proximité de nombreux supermarchés ouverts jusqu'à 21H ( le premier est quasiment au pied de l'immeuble)est un élément plus qu'appréciable! Profiter de la terrasse le soir pour l'apéritif est un vrai plaisir. Un séjour très agréable. Un appartement que nous recommandons vivement à ceux qui souhaitent séjourner au calme à Lisbonne!

Ausstattung der Wohnung : Alles sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll möbliert,wunderschöne Zimmer, Küche gut eingerichtet,tolle Lage, recht ruhig und sehr gut erschlossen mit diversen Bussen, Tram Nr. 28 ganz nah, gegenüber kleine Markthalle, in der Nähe kleinerer Supermarkt.Es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
Schade, dass man auf der Dachterrasse nur stehend die Stadt sehen kann....

The apartment is located in a true Lisbon neighborhood. It provides insight to how living in Lisbon unlike anything you can get staying at a hotel in the tourist or main commercial districts. The apartment is clean, modern, well lit, and very spacious. There is a grocer 50m away making cooking meals to have on the upstairs deck an easy treat.

ruim en licht appartement op een redelijke locatie. Comfortabel met goede bedden, prima zithoek, meer dan volledige ingerichte keuken. Voldoende winkeltjes voor dagelijkse behoefte in de buurt en een taxistandplaats (goedkoop!)op circa 50 meter afstand van het appartement. Kortom, een fijne basis voor een korte vakantie.
Bezoekers moeten er rekening mee houden dat ze zich in een mediterane metropool bevinden en niet in de chiqueste wijk van Lissabon. De directe omgeving, op straat, is dan ook niet echt "proper" te noemen. Mensen die moeilijk of slecht ter been zijn, moeten dit appartement beslist niet kiezen i.v.m. de ligging op de derde etage (geen lift aanwezig).

Herzlichen Dank an Maria für die unproblematische Abwicklung des Ein- und Auscheckens und die Organisation eines Taxis zum Flughafen. Uns gefiel die zentrale Lage sehr gut. Mit der Tram 28 war alles leicht zu erreichen. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt befindet sich zwei Häuser weiter. In allen Räumen befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, die bei Bedarf eingeschaltet werden kann. Das Appartment ist hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist vorhanden.
Es fehlt noch ein Sonnenschirm, um auch tagsüber auf der Dachterrasse sitzen zu können.
