L’appartamento Bonaparte si situa al segundo piano di un edificio rosa del XIX secolo costruito in alto della collina del Bairro Alto. Al cuore del centro storico, quello molto bell’appartamento vi offrirà la proximità de tutta la vita di Lisbona, quiete del luogo e la comodità per un soggiorno indimenticabile.
L’appartamento.
L’appartamento Bonaparte è perfetto per un soggiorno romantico di due. Sua decorazione tra citta e campagna, anticha e moderna, chiara e buia è perfetta.
Ci sono molti ojetti personali e dipinti murali che danno un spirito all’appartamento.
La camera è spasioza e decorata sotto il tema della caccia, c’è un bello letto matrimoniale nel stesso stile.
Due poltrone chiamano alla lettura e la riflessione nella camera. Il bagno luminoso e spasiozo si compone di una grande doccia, un lavandino e WC.
Il complesso di marmo ocra è ornato di una affresco di Azulejos tipico portoghese.
La sala da pranzo molto accogliente, tra la cucina e il salone, dispone di una bella tavola circondata di quatro sedie in stile chinese in legno scuro, dispone ancora di un bello divano con colore vivace.
Il salone giallo e nero è la parte la piu interessante per il suo arredamento: le tende e gli ojetti appeso agli muri danno a quella camera tutta la sua particolarità, personnagio scolpito, dipinti... Ha un gran divano e poltrone. La cucina è molto moderna e dispone di due ampii mobili di ordine. C’è tutto l’elletrodomestico necessario per cucinare vostri piatti che potrete degustare nella sala da pranzo.
L’appartamento Bonaparte dispone di riscaldamento centrale e molto ben dotato di attrezzature, TV, DVD e stereo.

Bairro Alto
Bairro Alto e' la la parte di Lisbona piu' conosciuta. Tutti hanno sentito o letto di questa strana zona collocata sul punto piu' alto di una delle sette colline di Lisbona, forma una griglia di stadine, questa parte della citta' e' famosa per essere il fulcro della vita notturna. Le attivita' partono presto con lo shopping di design e fashion portoghesi e gallerie, continuando con ogni tipo di ristorante e nel cuore della notte con numerosi locali, discotehe o case del Fado, piene di gente fino al mattino. Nel resto di Lisbona, allo stesso tempo, e' tutto chiuso!Il Bairro Alto ha una posizione molto centrale, e' poi molto facile camminare verso Chiado o scendere a Rossio e nella Baixa con l'elevatore di S.ta Justa o de Gloria.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful space and an excellent location. Despite being in a lively part of town there was very little noise. And the Friendly Rentals agent was a joy--she took plenty of time to get us settled and checked out. This is my third rental through FR, and all have been excellent.

Florbela is a wonderful, welcoming person and right away, made us feel at home in Lisbon. She made sure we had everything we needed, gave us recommendations for dinner, and even helped us with pronunciation of several common words and phrases. The apartment was spectacular, we couldn't have asked for a better location, and we are delighted we at last made it to Lisbon, a truly wonderful international city!
We had to go home!

The location is really good, in a very central, colourful and agreeable part of Lisbon; the interior decoration is surprisingly rich and in good taste; there were particularly courteous details as the aguardente of really high quality, as well as the rosé left for us to taste and use - we consedered that a real touch of class.
The fact that there is no oven and the fact that the lift leaves one half way between floors, which makes it uncomfortable when towing one's heavy luggage.

la décoration de l'appartement si originale et exquise
l'absence d'Internet pendant 2 jours (et qui était un de nos critères de choix de ce logement) + le danger de l installation électrique + le sol glissant de la salle de bain (mon mari y est tombe durant la nuit et s'est blesse)

The apartment is exquisitely furnished with impeccable taste and the location is right in the middle of the action in Bairro Alto which is walking distance to the downtown area! The kitchen is not fully equipped but has the necessary appliances. The host Vincent is a real delight and will ensure that you have a pleasant stay. We definitely recommend it! Friendly Rentals also offered professional service.
The windows were somewhat obstructed since there was work on the outside of building that should of been completed before we arrived...but it is Portugal! The host and beauty of the apartment more than made up for it though.

Fabulous, fabulous apartment. Places like this are the reason why one should never, ever stay in hotels! Picture don't do this lovely place justice. After a week at Bonaparte, we're thinking of re-decorating portions of our brownstone in New York City... :) Great artwork and antiques, excellent location, incredibly welcoming and gracious host. Thank you, Vincent! This apartment will forever be our first choice... whenever we come back to Lisbon... E. & A.

This is a very special and beautiful apartment full of original antiques, art and furniture. Great experience, like staying in an affluent Portugese home! Still all modern ameneties, fast internet and cable tv etc. Very centrally located, restaurants, shops, bars and great bakery just outside the door! The owner was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful, as was Friendly Rentals representative. Excellent service!
