Alle porte di Alfama, una delicioso dimora in stile contemporanea e azulejos del 18° secolo.
Una decorazione contemporanea, l’appartamento Jardim do Tabaco vi emergete nell’atmosfera moderna e storica di un vecchio convento, diventato appartamenti confortevoli e eleganti.
Qui vivrete alle porte di Alfama, uno dei quartiere che non ha cambianto dal 17° secolo e vicino alle sponde del Tago con suoi ristoranti e dicoteca di moda. Una situazione perfetta per visitare, ma anche per vivere un soggiorno nella città con 7 colline.
L'appartamento:
Quello bell’appartamento di due camere è chiamato Jardim do Tabaco, perchè evoca la vicinanza di agevolazioni doganali per il tabacco commercio nel porto di Lisbona dal 17 ° secolo. Si trova al 2° piano di un antico monastero dedicato al Senhor Jesus da Boa Nova, di un’ architectura tipica barocco della scuola di Mafra e terminato in 1748 poco prima del terremoto di Lisbona.
Ma basta con la storia ! Ci sono tutte le comodità per vostro soggiorno! Il salone offre una vista sul Tago e la via con magnifici arboli, ci sono un sofà, poltroni, un grande Tv. La salla da pranzo ha una tavola in legno e sedie rosse, è una bella camera con belissimi parquet e soffiti in legno dipinti. Tutte le camere sono arredate di azulejos di colore blu e giallo del 18° secolo.
Qui una famiglia o un gruppo di 4 personne potrà soggiornare comodamente perchè ci sono due camere separate, una con un letto matrimoniale e l’altra con due letti singoli e un bello camino in pierra. Il bagno ha una doccia e asciugamani a vostra disposizione. La cucina è interamente attrezzata per cucinare vostri pasti se non volete salire a mangiare nei numerosi ristoranti o casa di fado del quartiere.
Preparetevi a un soggiornio piacevole in un atmosfera rilassante, sia moderno e storico.

Alfama
Se vieni a Lisbona, non puoi perderti Alfama, uno dei piu' pittoreschi e storici quartieri medioevali, un'insieme di piccole e strette strade, vicoli ciechi e scale di pietra. Qui vive una popolazione mista, persone di tutte le eta', “veri lisbonesi” e turisti persi, venuti per visitare o ascoltare il Fado. Come in molti altri posti di Lisbona qui troverai alcuni dei piu' spettacolari punti di vista del fiume Tago e della citta'. Qui pui ancora trovare molte forme di commercio tipico come molti piccoli ristoranti e bar. Dal quartiere pui camminare verso la maggior parte delle piu' popolari mete di vedute panoramiche come il castello di “S. Jorge”, i “Se'” e la “Baixa Pombalina”. Per il trasporto pui camminare o scendere verso Santa Apolonia, la principale stazione dei treni con una stazione metro recentemente aperta, usando il famoso tram 28 che fa zig-zag attraverso Alfama e fa il suo percorso su e giu' dalle colline di Lisbona. Nonostante l'accesso limitato alle macchine , ci sono vicini molti parcheggi accessibili.

L'appartement était très beau, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Il était aussi très bien situé (gare, métro, supermarché). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu'il y ait un lit-bébé, une petite baignoire et tous les draps et essuies. L'accueil de Telma était aussi très bien.

Mooie ontvangst door Telma. Een handige plek gezien de metro en station om de hoek. Huis prachtig met uitzicht op de Taag en van binnen met originele portugese tegels aan muren en heel rustig, echter wel probleem dat zodra terras voor de deur goed vol zit ook laat 's avonds er lawaai kan zijn b(eenmaal gebeurt). In diverse talen boekjes over Portugal en Lissabon aanwezig, mis een bus overzicht (ook niet te krijgen bij toeristenbureau!) En wifi werkte wel maar niet goed.

Charmant et très joli appartement bien situé dans le quartier historique de lisbonne. Très propre,bien équipé,lumineux, belle hauteur de plafond, décoré avec goût (conforme aux photos). On a adoré les azulejos qui donnent beaucoup de caractère à cet appartement. Les enfants ont également bien apprécié leur chambre. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci à Telma pour son accueil sympathique et chaleureux.

The tiles!!
It does not have a bathtub and on the website it is advertised that the apartment has one. As I have a baby I wanted the apartment to have a bathtub to be able to bath my baby easily. I sent and email asking about the bathtub because I didn't see it in the photo gallery and the response was very vague and unhelpful as I just got a message indicating that the apartments are equipped as described in the website. Fortunately the owners and the representative of friendly rentals were very helpful and did every thing to get a baby bath.

l'appartement correspond exactement à sa description sur internet , il est très bien agencé , le mobilier et les appareils ménagers sont bien adaptés,il est bien situé pour les transports .

La ubicación del apartamento es muy estratégica. A pesar de no estar en una zona elegante, el apartamento queda cerca de la estación del metro y de la estación que comunica con el resto de Portugal. Dado su ubicación, es posible llegar a ciertas atracciones sin tener que recurrir a ninigún sistema de transporte, sólo caminando. Las dimensiones del apartamento son muy convenientes y está completamente equipado. Telma, la persona encargada de la entrega de la llave fue muy atenta y un recurso muy valioso en términos de orientación sobre el área.
En varias ocasiones escribí para comunicar una preocupación en términos de la necesidad de salir temprano en la mañana (check out), nadie atendió mis dudas. No tengo ningún reclamo en términos de mi estadía en el apartamento, sí les recomiendo mejorar su servicio al cliente. Cuando a través del internet se accede a un servicio de arrendamiento como el que ustedes ofrecen, nos arriesgamos a obtener un producto que finalmente no nos satisface. Sin embargo, por suerte en este caso eso no ocurrió. De la misma manera en que envían comunicados, deben recibir y atender los reclamos de los clientes, en eso radica el éxito de empresas como Friendly Rentals. En ese sentido sí tengo reservas en recomendar sus servicios.

Appartement spacieux, bien aménagé. La situation en retrait dans une rue assez large pour l'alfama: proximité des bus, métro, du supermarché et des lieux touristiques de l'Alfama. Bon rapport qualité/ prix du restaurant situé au rez de chaussée.
au lever et au coucher du soleil, le bruit infernal des oiseaux dans les arbres devant les fenêtres...

Het appartement is erg charmant en goed uitgerust. De ligging is heel gunstig.
In de slaapkamer van de kinderen was de kooklucht van de buren erg goed te ruiken. De eerste avond rook het er erg sterk naar gegrilde sardines. Gelukkig kookte de buurvrouw de volgende dagen wat anders.

the apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the Alfama district and the rest of Lisbon as it is very close to metro & tram lines. The living / dining rooms were large and sunny with big windows. The old style tiles and decor was nice & authentic. A perfect choice.

Ja, het appartement is goed bevallen. Het lag gunstig ten opzichte van metro en supermarkt. Het was ruim en schoon en we hebben ons er prima vermaakt, al werden we 's avonds wel heel erg verblijd met alle geluid dat de vogels in de bomen voor ons huis maakten. Gelukkig raakten we er snel aan gewend.

Zoals op de foto's op de site al te zien was, vonden we het appartement erg smaakvol en compleet ingericht (ook de keuken en badkamer). De locatie is ook perfect: vlakbij station Apollania, waar ook een metrostation is en een supermarkt. Onder het appartement een pastelaria met een gezellig terras en waar je ook lekker en goedkoop kunt eten. Verder loop je vanuit het appartement zo de Alfama in: een leuke wijk om doorheen te zwerven. Als laatste wil ik de sympathieke ontvangst door de vertegenwoordigster (studente) van de eigenaar noemen: ze gaf ons allerlei nuttige tips was flexibel wat betreft het tijdstip van uitchecken.

Great location close to everything - metro, alfama and restaurants. Owners met me at the apartment on arrival and very smooth transactions - bond was returned with no questions. Well equipped apartment with all mod cons. Although a few blocks from busy road the apartment was quiet and would make a great romantic get-away.
A few more sunny days would have been great and you need good shoes for the Lisbon cobbles.
