Un appartamento d’artista ai piedi dei bastioni del castello Sao Jorge
Sul fianco della collina del castello Sao Jorge, si situa quello affascinante appartamento di due camere di cui le finestre aprono su un bellissimo panorama della città. Siete qui nella parte medievale della città, a due passi del castello, monumento il piu visitato del Portogalo, a proxima dei numerosi ristoranti e dei principali centri turistichi della città.
L’appartamento
L’appartamento Atelier do Castelo era ancora recentemente il studi di una architetto. Dopo suo sistemazione, rimane alcuni attributi: una grande tavola d’architetto, plastici, piante... L’appartamento è situato in una bella casa rosa dell’ inizio del secolo sovrastando la Baixa. E al pianterreno e gode del tranquillo in un quartiere con accesso limitato ai macchine.
La decorazione dell’appartamento è sobria, con numerose pitture del suo proprietario. Il salone gode confortevoli divano e poltrone, un spazio salla da pranzo. La cucina è tradizionale, il caminetto in pietra è stata conservata. Due camere con un letto matrimoniale (160 cm) in una e due letti singoli di 80 cm nell’altra permittono d’ospitare fino a 4 persone. Infine deve prendere uno piccolo scala per accedere al bagno con vasca da bagno.
L’appartamento si situa in una zona con accesso limitato per le macchine, solo i tassi e i residenti possono ci entrare. Se venite in auto si può raggiungere a piedi e parcheggiare la vostra auto al di fuori della zona.

Castelo
Il quartiere di Costa de Castelo rappresenta uno dei piu' spettacolari punti di vista di Lisbona. Se semplicemente fai una veloce camminata di trenta minuti avrai delle vedute di quasi tutta la citta' e il fiume Tago. Se vai in cima alle terrazze del Castelo di S. Jorge, Lisbona sara' ai tuoi piedi. Da qui girati verso l'oceano e passa le ore soltanto a guardare le perfette geometrie della Baixa Pombolina. Im miradouro di S. Luzia, giusto di fronte al Largo das Portas do Sol, e' lontano appena un paio di centinaia di metri, cosi' come la parte di Alfama e' nelle vicinanze del Tago. A Baixa, cinque minuti di cammino da qui, troverai delle zone piene di negozi dove ci sono tipici negozi portoghesi accanto ad alcuni alla moda.

The location of the apartment on the hill below the castle has a lovely view over the red roofs of the city. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the city centre, and has numerous grocery shops and restaurants within the vicinity.
The outside of the apartment at street level was surprisingly noisy at night especially between 11pm to 2am with cars zooming past near where the bedrooms are located. The rubbish truck also comes after midnight every night to pick the rubbish bags and can be rather noisy. As a light sleeper, I found it hard to have a good night's sleep without being interrupted by the noise outside.

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Ich kenne Lissabon sehr gut und finde dies einen der schönsten Bereiche. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut renoviert, sehr durchdacht!! ausgestattet, alles ist da und auch noch schön. Das gesamte Haus ist angenehm. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ja, appartement goed bevallen! Het zou wel goed zijn iets duidelijker aan te geven dat je heel veel trappen op moet om bij het appartement te komen. Voor oudere mensen lastig. Verder was het heerlijk toeven. Mooi uitzicht, rustig en goed beveiligd.
