l’appartamento Oriol è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Barcellona, il Barrio Gotico. E 'situato proprio nel quartiere più distinto di Barcellona – caratterizzato da chiese gotiche come Santa Maria del Pi. L’attraente Placa del Pi di fronte alla chiesa è piena di bar e ristoranti dove sedersi all'esterno per una tazza di caffè. La stessa zona che circonda l'appartamento è un insieme di interconnessioni pedonali con strette stradine in pietra dove si può vagare per ore intorno ed immaginare come era nel medioevo. Altre aree di interesse, a pochi passi dall'appartamento sono la famosa Las Ramblas, il teatro Liceu, la City Hall di Barcellona, Placa Jaume, che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da casa così come i resti delle antiche mura romane insieme con molte parti di Barcellona antica e medievale.

Barrio Gotico
Il Barrio Gotico o Quartiere Gotico é il cuore della vecxhia Barcellona e uno dei quartieri medievali meglio mantenuti di tutta Europa, con diverse rovine romane ancora da scoprire. Quest’area é principalmente pedonale, formata da stradine nelle quail ci si puó perdere per ore vagando, tra i vari bar,ristoranti e negozi…..qui si trova la famosa Cattedrale, che ogni turista deve vedere assolutamente. A pochi passi si trova anche un’altra chiesa, meno conosciuta e visitata, la chiesa di Santa Maria de Pi. La quieta ma affascinante piazza del Pi di fronte alla chiesa é piena di bar e ristoranti dove ci si puó sedere fuori per godersi un caffé circondati dai vari artisti di strada.
Il comune (Ajuntament) e il governo catalano (Generalitat) si trovano in piazza San Jaume, uno di fronte all’altro. A due passi dal quartiere Gotico si trovano le Ramblas, il teatro Liceu, le rovine di mura romane e altri resti della Barcellona medievale.
Plaça Reial é conosciuta per i suoi bar e ristoranti dove i turisti possono assaporare pranzi e cene all’aperto (attenti ai ladruncoli)…qui troverete anche la Fontana Tres Gracies al centro della piazza e illuminate da fari intorno, uno dei primi lavori di Gaudí.
Nonostante il Barrio Gotico non sia forse attraente come il Born o il bohemiano Raval rimane sicuramente uno dei punti di maggior richiamo per i turisti.

The apartment exceeded our expectations - it was centrally located, large enough for our needs, clean and well equipped. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay in the Oriol apartment. We were met at the apartment upon arrival, even though we were early, and on our last day we were welcome to stay later without hassle or charge. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the centre of the city. Very spacious apartment with lovely view over the square from the balcony. Very enjoyable stay, would recommend Friendly Rentals to friends and will hopefully use your service again. Car Delux service also excellent.

Javier made us feel very welcomed and promptly attended to our requests. The apartment had plenty of room, a nice large kitchen and the living room was perfect for our small group to gather each evening. Great location, nice view of the plaza. Great experience overall.

The size and location of the apartment with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The layout was ideal with well equipped lounge and dining areas. A fantastic stay was had by all the comunication with check in and out was excellent. Please can you feed this back to Javier.

Das Appartement ist bestens ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage, für unseren Kurzurlaub der ideale Ort um nach einer anstrengenden Besichtigungstour zu entspannen. Für 10 Personen ist ausreichend Platz, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Perfect place, lovely appartment. We were 10 persons, 6 adult and 4 children. Bedroms for all, very nice bathrooms. Enought space for all of us! Very good services from Virginia!
