A pochi passi dalla centralissima Calle Ferran si trova il Da Vinci, stupendo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con grande gusto e personalità.
E' perfetto per un fantastico soggiorno nel quartiere più famposo di Barcellona, il Barrio Gotico.

Il Da Vinci si trova nel cuore del Gotico, vicino a uno dei suoi gioielli nascosti, la cattedrale di Santa Maria del Pi. Il quartiere è costituito da un intreccio di stradine piene di negozi, bar e ristoranti, nel cuore pulsante di Barcellona a pochi passi dalle Ramblas, dal teatro Liceu e dall'affascinante Borne.
L'appartamento:
Situato al secondo piano di un edificio antico con molto carattere, il Da Vinci è un appartamento spazioso, dotato di cinque camere da letto, impreziosito da opere d'arte originali realizzate apposta per l'appartamento.
I dettagli sono stati rifiniti con la massima cura: mosaico lucido nel corridoido, pavimenti in legno massiccio e colori cangianti in ogni stanza.
Il salotto è dotato di un bellissimo divano a elle ed è caldo e rilassante, oltre che equipaggiato con televisione e lettore DVD.
La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e di tutti i comfort.
I due bagni con unità doccia sono forniti di asciugamani oltre che di biancheria fresca per tutti gli ospiti.

Barrio Gotico
Il Barrio Gotico o Quartiere Gotico é il cuore della vecxhia Barcellona e uno dei quartieri medievali meglio mantenuti di tutta Europa, con diverse rovine romane ancora da scoprire. Quest’area é principalmente pedonale, formata da stradine nelle quail ci si puó perdere per ore vagando, tra i vari bar,ristoranti e negozi…..qui si trova la famosa Cattedrale, che ogni turista deve vedere assolutamente. A pochi passi si trova anche un’altra chiesa, meno conosciuta e visitata, la chiesa di Santa Maria de Pi. La quieta ma affascinante piazza del Pi di fronte alla chiesa é piena di bar e ristoranti dove ci si puó sedere fuori per godersi un caffé circondati dai vari artisti di strada.
Il comune (Ajuntament) e il governo catalano (Generalitat) si trovano in piazza San Jaume, uno di fronte all’altro. A due passi dal quartiere Gotico si trovano le Ramblas, il teatro Liceu, le rovine di mura romane e altri resti della Barcellona medievale.
Plaça Reial é conosciuta per i suoi bar e ristoranti dove i turisti possono assaporare pranzi e cene all’aperto (attenti ai ladruncoli)…qui troverete anche la Fontana Tres Gracies al centro della piazza e illuminate da fari intorno, uno dei primi lavori di Gaudí.
Nonostante il Barrio Gotico non sia forse attraente come il Born o il bohemiano Raval rimane sicuramente uno dei punti di maggior richiamo per i turisti.

Apartment war groß und geräumig, sehr zentral gelegen. Beim Check-in haben wir statt 2 Schlüssel, 3 Stück Schlüssel erhalten. Das empfohlene Car-Deluxe Service war hervorragend.

L'appartamento é centrale. Asciugamani e lenzuola in ordine e puliti. Materassi in ordine. La cucina é ben fornita e le stoviglie sono in ordine (nuove e pulite). L'appartamento é pulito. L'appartamento é abbastanza grande per 9 persone.

Location! The Da Vinci was in an excellent location, easy to walk to all the main sites and very close to the Metro to quickly get out of the city center. The house was also very spacious and fit our group of 9 very comfortably.

Die Lage ist optimal für Altstadt und Verkehrsanbindung andere Stadtteile. Da es ein Altstadthaus ist, haben wir das abgewohnte Treppenhaus akzeptiert.

The apartment was really fantastic. It was such a great space for our group, had enough towels for all of us, and the two bathrooms were essential for 8 girls! The location was central, the terraces were lovely, and the decorations made it feel very comfortable and homey. We also had your office call a taxi for us for the morning we were leaving. We had to be out of the apartment by 6:15AM and it was extremely helpful that the taxis were arranged for us. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend friendly rentals.
