Questo appartamento si trova giusto a fianco della Rambla, in un punto focale per muoversi facilemente in tute le zone di Barcellona, e in più è provvisto di due stupende terrazze.

Il Barrio Gotico è il cuore di Barcellona, la zona più famosa, costituita da una labirinto di strade strette e caratterizzata da una grande quantità di bar e ristoranti. L'arta del Port Vell vifarà inoltre godere dell'atmosfera marina, essendo vicina anche alla Barceloneta e alla spiaggia.

Barrio Gotico
Il Barrio Gotico o Quartiere Gotico é il cuore della vecxhia Barcellona e uno dei quartieri medievali meglio mantenuti di tutta Europa, con diverse rovine romane ancora da scoprire. Quest’area é principalmente pedonale, formata da stradine nelle quail ci si puó perdere per ore vagando, tra i vari bar,ristoranti e negozi…..qui si trova la famosa Cattedrale, che ogni turista deve vedere assolutamente. A pochi passi si trova anche un’altra chiesa, meno conosciuta e visitata, la chiesa di Santa Maria de Pi. La quieta ma affascinante piazza del Pi di fronte alla chiesa é piena di bar e ristoranti dove ci si puó sedere fuori per godersi un caffé circondati dai vari artisti di strada.
Il comune (Ajuntament) e il governo catalano (Generalitat) si trovano in piazza San Jaume, uno di fronte all’altro. A due passi dal quartiere Gotico si trovano le Ramblas, il teatro Liceu, le rovine di mura romane e altri resti della Barcellona medievale.
Plaça Reial é conosciuta per i suoi bar e ristoranti dove i turisti possono assaporare pranzi e cene all’aperto (attenti ai ladruncoli)…qui troverete anche la Fontana Tres Gracies al centro della piazza e illuminate da fari intorno, uno dei primi lavori di Gaudí.
Nonostante il Barrio Gotico non sia forse attraente come il Born o il bohemiano Raval rimane sicuramente uno dei punti di maggior richiamo per i turisti.

Wij hebben dit appartement gehuurd met 4 vriendinnen en we waren allen zeer tevreden. We hadden elk onze eigen slaapkamer en gezien het mooie weer konden we s'morgens op het gezellig terras ontbijten. Ook een perfecte ligging ten opzichte van de ramblas en de haven.

Von der schönen, großen Terasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Alle Zimmer haben große Einbauschränke, die Betten sind bequem.

A localização é muito boa, está a poucos minutos do metro e das Ramblas e junto ao apartamento há comercios abertos a todas as horas. O terraço voltado para a marina é muito bom. O apartamento é muito simpático e ter A/C foi uma vantagem. Estivemos alojados 3 adultos e 3 crianças e foi o local ideal para ficas hospedado.

Extremely clean apartment with loads of room for our family of 5. The view from the front terrace was simply beautiful and the surrounding area was fantastic. It was a perfect location, the Gothic quarter is definitely the best neighborhood in Barca to stay. The apartment was surrounded by lovely little side streets filled with hidden little gems to sit down and have a little drink during the day or have a meal at night (food in Barcelona is beautiful). There is a shop right outside the apartment and las ramblas is very close for everything else you'll need during your stay. I can't recommend the Leonardo II Penthouse highly enough, it was simply perfect for our first trip to the exceptionally beautiful capital of Catalonia.
The weather could have been better but then it was February and I can't really blame Friendly Rentals for that.
