Wonderful and very tastefully decorated one bedroom apartment in the heart of the Eixample area.
This completely refurbished one bedroom apartment is a wonderful choice for your visit to Barcelona; conveniently located not far from Paseo de Gracia and some of the great shopping streets to be found in this great city.
The area surrounding the apartment:
The Boutique Terrace apartment is situated in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district, the birthplace of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudí is considered the leader. There are many "must see" attractions in this area, especially the Gaudí sites - the impressive and famous Sagrada Familia, which you can see from the terrace, the two famous Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in the Manzana de la Discordia and the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu in Sant Pau - all within walking distance.
The apartment:
A modern and stylish apartment which is filled with an abundance of natural light and has a wonderful 23m2 terrace.
This open plan apartment on the 7th floor with elevator has been tastefully designed to create a very harmonious living space where you will be able to relax and enjoy any stay.
On entering the apartment you will find yourself in a fully fitted, modern kitchen with all the mod cons you might need and the nearby dining area has a dining table and chairs.
The modern and spacious bathroom has a large shower and is fully tiled in soothing blue tones.
The living area has a comfortable and large corner sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD for entertainment.
Leading from here, the bedroom comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space for all of your belongings.
The terrace is accessed from the living area. You have another dining table here for al-fresco meals and some loungers for soaking up the mediterranean sun. An added bonus is the fabulous night view of the Torre Agbar with it's innovative lighting.
Wi-fi internet and air-conditioning help to make this the perfect apartment for any stay in Barcelona.

Il distretto barcellonese dell’Eixample é la culla del movimento modernista di cui Anton Gauydí é considerato il leader. La reputzione di Barcellona rispetto al modernismo si debe soprattutto a questa zona. Con tutte le opere di Gaudí – la Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera e La casa Battló – passerete il tempo passeggiando con naso all’insú. Uqesta favolosa area fu costruita per accomodare la crescente popolazione della Barcellona vecchia; fortunatamente questo coincise con l’eta dell’oro dell’architettura …. Gaudí, Puig I Cadafalch, Domènech I Montaner furono contrattati per costruire le prime casa dei nobili, una piú bella dell’altra… …
L’Eixample é diviso in due, Eixample Dreta (destro) and Eixample Esquerra (sinistro), divisi dal Passeig de Gracia, una strada altamente sofisitcata….
Uan vasta parte dell’attrazione dell’Eixample’s é costituita da I vari negozi, ristoranti, bar…Passeig de Gracias intrattiene I turisti per ore grazie ai suoi magnifici negozi, teatri, caffé, gente ovunque….
EIXAMPLE DRETA (DESTRO)
Quest’area dell’Eixample é piena di lavori dell’architettura modernista, come la casa Battló di Gaudí, quella di Puig I Cadafalch Amatller e Domènech i Muntaner Lleó Morera, comuqnemente chiamate la Mela della Discordia famously…
All’est della cittá si trova una dei piú bei monumenti della creativitá di Gaudí, la Sagrada Familia, ancora in costruzione (e lo sará per molto ancora) che continua ad essere una delle opera del modernismo piú amata di tutti i turisti del mondo.
Un’altro edificio di grande importanza é l’Ospedale di Sant Pau, ancora funzionante come tale, ed é uno dei pié complessi esempi dell’architettura modernista.
L’Eixmaple destroy é pieno di musei come la Fundavió Antoni Tàpies, il Museo Egizio di Barcellona e la Fundació Francisco Goddia;
Altri edifice di interesse sono: il Palau Macaya, il Mercat della Concepció, la Plaçá de Braus Monumantal e l’ultima arena attiva di Barcellona ….
