This great two bedroom apartment has all you need to explore the old city of Barcelona. Located just off La Rambla, this apartment will be your focal point from which you can map out where to go and what you want to see in Barcelona.

The area surrounding the apartment:

The Bolero apartment is situated on the edge of the Barrio Gótico (Gothic Quarter) which really is the true heart of Barcelona. It is located in the area nearby the port just behind Paseo de Colon amidst a concentration of medieval Gothic buildings only a few blocks from Las Ramblas. This location really makes this apartment a great choice for your visit.

The Gothic area is a maze of interconnecting dark, cobbled stone streets, and there are plenty of cafés and bars. Just a few blocks from the apartment you find the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, from where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.

The area around Port Vell is a great place to stroll around. Take a walk down Joan de Borbon, a main street with lots of great restaurants where you will rub shoulders with the locals as you order your great paella and seafood dishes!

The apartment:
This cheerful apartment has been renovated keeping the original wooden beams in the ceiling and the beautiful rustic exposed brick walls.
The living area is simple and rustic in style with a sofa which converts into a double bed for the 5th and 6th guests. A TV and DVD for your entertainment and a dining table and chairs should you choose to dine in.

Both bedrooms have been decorated in a simple but cheery way. The master bedroom has a double bed and storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom has two single beds and ample wardrobe space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic cooker, and all the commonplace items like fridge, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc.,

The complete bathroom is bright and comprises of bath/shower, toilet and washbasin. All linens and towels are provided but guests will need to bring their own beach towels.
