Questo fantastico appartamento a 3 stanze é situato al primo piano di un magnifico edificio appena ristrutturato con ascensore.
Il salotto ha un comodissimo divano, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno in giro a visitare la cittá L'appartamento dispone di televisione satelllitare e connessione a Internet
TLa spaziosa camera principale ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda e la terza hanno un letto singolo. Vi é un divano letto singolo che puó essere usato da un quinto ospite. Ogni stanza dispone di un ampio armadio.
La cucina é totalmente fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari - tostapane, spremiagrumi, bollitore, caffettiera, microonde, lavatrice...
Il bagno dispone di bagno/doccia, lavantino e water. Freschi asciugamani verranno forniti agli ospiti al loro arrivo.
Qualsisi sia il motivo del vostro soggiorno a Barcellona, l'appartamento Gothic Attic é davver ben situato.

Il Born é uno dei quartieri piú alla moda di Barcellona, soprattutto negli ultimi 5 anni, creando un equilibrio perfetto tra luoghi storici, cultura, e moda; é un’area ricca di locali e molto amata dai turisti.Quest’area vanta anche le case con i prezzi piú alti di tutta la cittá….questa fantastica zona é piena di bar, ristoranti e negozi unici di vestiti e marche conosciute come Custo. L’area del Born é in una splendida posizione, tra il Barrio Gotico, la Barceloneta, il Porto e la Via Laietana, al lato del Par della Ciutadella, zona perfetta per passegiare un po’ dopo un pranzo in uno dei numerosi ristoranti….
Uno degli elementi piú afascinanti é la Basilica di Santa Maria de Mar e potrete degustare le tapas giusto in fronte alla chiesa, in uno dei bar della piazza al lato. …altri luoghi da non perdere sono il paseo del Born, pieno di negozi e bar e non lontano il museo Picasso…il Born ha anche un mercato, il Santa Caterina, pieno di colori e di vita, con un luminoso tetto colorato. E, in ultimo, non si puó dimenticare di visitare il Palau della Musica, che é probabilmente una dei lavori piú splendidi dell’architettura modernista di Barcellona….

My husband and son stayed in this apartment. I am writing this as he will never get round to it. I found this on the site and he told me that it was perfectly located. They had a great stay. Check in was great, they arrived at midday but were able to leave their luggage at the office which was greatly appreciated as they were able to go off and wander without dragging a heavy bag around. All in all a good stay and would return, possibly to a larger apartment but definately with friendly rentals again. Thankyou.

The location was fantastic! Close to the metro, the Picasso Museum, everything that Barcelona has to offer. The management was very helpful and accommodating (they even called us an early cab to the airport). Also, although it was on a noisy street, when the windows were closed they blocked out everything. Loved every minute of it!
Honestly, can't think of a thing- overall a wonderful experience!

This lovely apartment is perfectly situated in El Born just seconds/minutes away from great tapas bars, museums and shops and a short walk from the harbour/beach and Placa de Catalunya.
