Una base perfetta per il tuo soggiorno a Barcellona.
L’appartamento é situato in un edificio completamente ristrutturato insieme ad altri 4 appartamenti identici. L’edificio é stato rinnovato nel 2004 e il risultato finale sono 4 splendidi appartamenti con una stanza da letto, perfetti per vacanze o viaggi d’affari. L’amniente é spazioso e luminoso, nel quale sará facile rilassarsi e godersi le giornate.
La zona che circona l’appartamento.
L’appartamento é situato nel pieno centro di Barcellona, 5 minuti caminando da Plaza Catalunya, dalle Ramblas e dal quartiere gotico e dal Born. L’area che circunda l’appartamento é una rete di stradine per le quali si puó vagare senza meta per ore, imaginando di essere tornati nel medioevo. Il piú vicino luogo di interesse é il Palau de la Musica, che é probabilmente una dei lavori piú affascinanti dell’architettura modernista presente a Barcellona. É situato a 50 metri dall’appartamento. Altre aree di interesse vicine sono le famose Ramblas, il teatro dell’opera Liceu, il Barcelona City Hall in piazza Sant Jaume, la cattedrale gotica che é situata a 2 passi dall’apaprtamento, come le rovine delle mura romane ed altri resti medievali.
L’appartamento.
Questo grazioso appartmento é situato al terzo piano in un edificio recentemente restrutturato con ascensore e puó accogliere fino a 4 ospiti.
L’appartamento é composto da un salotto e cucina uniti in un unico ambiente, molto luminoso e spazioso gazie alle grande finesre che permettono l’entrata della luce del sole. Vi é inoltre un piccolo baclone dal quale si puó osservare la vivace Il divano si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. C’é una tv satellitare e un lettore DVD. Il tavolo da pranzo ha 4 sedie per accomodare tutti gli ospiti in caso non scegliate uno dei fantastici ristoranti che circondano la zona.
La cucina é totalmnte formita di ogni utensile ed elettrodomestico, lavapiatti, micronde, frigorifero, penstole, tostatrice e bollitore.
La stanza ha un letto matrimoniale e un grazioso armadio antico. strada C’é un altro spazio guardaroba nel corridoio che porta alla stanza, nel quale gli altri ospiti possono mettere le loro cose personali.
Il bagno é composto da bagno/doccia, water e bidet. Agli ospiti verrano forniti asciugamani al loro arrivo.
L’appartamento dispone di aria condizionata (calda e fredda) per rendere il vostro soggiorno gradevole in qualsiasi stagione e vi é anche connessione gíreles a Internet, per coloro che viaggiano per lavoro o per quelli che vogliono mantenerse in contatto con i propri familiari.
Gli ospiti di questo apartamento potranno godere, soprattutto in estate, della terrazza comune sul tetto.

Il Born é uno dei quartieri piú alla moda di Barcellona, soprattutto negli ultimi 5 anni, creando un equilibrio perfetto tra luoghi storici, cultura, e moda; é un’area ricca di locali e molto amata dai turisti.Quest’area vanta anche le case con i prezzi piú alti di tutta la cittá….questa fantastica zona é piena di bar, ristoranti e negozi unici di vestiti e marche conosciute come Custo. L’area del Born é in una splendida posizione, tra il Barrio Gotico, la Barceloneta, il Porto e la Via Laietana, al lato del Par della Ciutadella, zona perfetta per passegiare un po’ dopo un pranzo in uno dei numerosi ristoranti….
Uno degli elementi piú afascinanti é la Basilica di Santa Maria de Mar e potrete degustare le tapas giusto in fronte alla chiesa, in uno dei bar della piazza al lato. …altri luoghi da non perdere sono il paseo del Born, pieno di negozi e bar e non lontano il museo Picasso…il Born ha anche un mercato, il Santa Caterina, pieno di colori e di vita, con un luminoso tetto colorato. E, in ultimo, non si puó dimenticare di visitare il Palau della Musica, che é probabilmente una dei lavori piú splendidi dell’architettura modernista di Barcellona….

Location! What a great location..close to everything and a very nice area. We took our dinner on the terrace at night and it was lovely. No bugs, no eyes and really cool. There is a great take away pizza location close by as well. The apartment is well equipped, clean and very comfortable.

The apartment was in a good central position, which was great for getting around to see the sights. The staff in the checking in office were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, and well equiped. Overall we were very happy with the service provided by Friendly Rentals and would certainly use the company again and reccomend to others.

Fantastic location and always felt really safe. The Apartment was really clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable the shower good and we had all the mod cons we needed.The Terrace was just above us and it was just lovely to eat breakfast or have an evening drink and relax outside after a long day of sightseeing.It was a real bonus having the apartment just around the corner from the friendly rentals office.The Area was in such close proximity to everything 10-15 mins walk to the beach, 8 mins to Metro station. You are on the doorstep of the beautiful opera building just up the street from the Plaza de España and la Rambla also 10 mins walk. This is a fantastic alternative to a hotel room, I would 100% recomend this apartment for 2 people.

The apartment was very well situated, we arrived at the Friendly Rental office around midday and were given the keys even though it stated a 3pm check in. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and in a convienent location. I certainly will be using Friendly Rentals again. Found the staff helpfull and pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, in good condition and comfortable. The booklet that we received with the keys at check-in was extremely helpful, also the staff ordered a taxi for us because we do not speak Catalan and we had to leave for the airport very early in the morning.

The location, very close to the city center. The fact that the office is very close to the apartment in away that I could also drop by the office in case I needed something. Very practical apartment and well equipped and easy to use.
