confortable et très bien situé, station de metro à 10 mètres, place d'Espania et fontaine Magique à 10 minutes à pieds. 2 parking à proximité.

Good value for the money - nice location - good summary of the apartment and area by Zory. Nice and large for the three of us and the internet worked. That's very important. Nice decor. I loved the old-style small elevator. Reminded me of Madrid in the 1970s.

Our party consisted of 5 family members with one who was 84 years of age. The apartment was very well equipped and the key exchange was seamless. The neighborhood was safe and while the popular La Rambla was only two or three metro stops away we walked home one night and it took us 25 minutes. Anyone with mobility issues will be glad to know that the apartment is accessible through a small elevator. The restaurants and bistro’s around the apartment offer good food at a reasonable price. The location was excellent, the decore was lovely and very comfortable, the apartment was very clean. There was most equipment, linens/towels, some condiments, internet, DVD and magazines within the apartment.

There were 3 of us and the apartment allowed us to have some space without having to pay for separate rooms at an hotel. We had been travelling for 2 weeks & up until then had stayed in triple rooms with very little space.
