Location, price, help from the owner. well equipped.
Our party consisted of 5 family members with one who was 84 years of age. The apartment was very well equipped and the key exchange was seamless. The neighborhood was safe and while the popular La Rambla was only two or three metro stops away we walked home one night and it took us 25 minutes. Anyone with mobility issues will be glad to know that the apartment is accessible through a small elevator. The restaurants and bistro’s around the apartment offer good food at a reasonable price.
