The Soler apartment is located in the centre of Valencia, in an excellent position, just one step from the bohemian and historical centre, the Plaza de la Reina, the Plaza de la Virgin…all the important landmarks in the historical centre of the city.
The fascinating, and in very good condition central market (biggest roofed marked in Europe) is just within 10 minutes walking distance, where you can buy fresh food in the best daily quality.
The central station and the metro that takes you directly to the airport and the beach of Valencia are within 15 minutes walking distance.
The apartment;
The Soler apartment is a stunning house with two bedrooms, located on the 6th floor in a new building with elevator. The apartment is new and follows our guideline of high standard to guarantee excellent comfort.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
The full bathroom has a spacious and modern shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The living/dining room is nice and bright, and has a comfortable sofa, a huge TV and DVD, as well as a table with four chairs for eating. It also has a small balcony, where you can enjoy the great climate of Valencia.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and also has a small balcony. The apartment has air conditioning cool/warm, to make sure that you stay comfortable in summer and winter.
