Not to forget the spectacular view of la Concha, where you can enjoy your breakfast or just chill out after a long day of sightseeing...undoubtedly a true luxury in the heart of San Sebastian!
This Apartment has three bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed combined with a splendid view over the Playa de La Concha and has a small balcony. The second bedroom also has the same views and two single beds; the third bedroom comes with a double bed and ample space to store your belongings.
The kitchen with wood cupboards and a pleasant dining area, has all the appliances you might need, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro ceramic, fridge. Extras such as blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster will make you feel at home. Pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, everything is available in this apartment.
All floors, with the exception of the bathrooms, are in high quality wood. There are large windows in the entire apartment ensuring an abundance of natural light.
Fresh linens and towels are provided for your arrival.

Une situation superbe pour votre visite a San Sebastian. C’ est une des zones les plus cotisées de la ville, se loger au centre ville présente des grands avantages sur notre ville puisqu’ on trouve la principale zone commercial, des grands et nombreux échantillons de notre gastronomie, et en plus un grand privilège, la magnifique plage de La Concha, une de nos trois plages, dispose de jardins comme les jardins d’ Alderdi Eder, pour tous ceci il s’agit d’une zone très confortable pour sa visite à San Sebastian. Certains de nos appartements se trouvent dans la zone de Miraconcha, que c’est une zone qui a des belles vues sur notre superbe plage de La Concha, qui appartient au centre ville.
La zone centre s’agit d’une zone ordonnée, où les bâtiments et les constructions sont intégrés dans l’environnement, en conformant des rues, avenues et promenades. Sur cette zone nous nous trouvons à peux de mètres du centre historique, du palais de congrès Kursaal, du port de pêche et du célébre marché de San Martin, où outre supere-marché et magasins vous pourrez trouver les produits typicques que vous pourrez cuisiner dans nos appartements.
La moderne station thermale « La Perla del Oceano », qui fût une des stations plus importantes au monde, aujourd’hui completement renouveler et étendue en 2008, est une de plus belles et meilleures stations d’Europe et elle se trouve en plein centre de la promenade de La Concha.
Depuis cet emplacement vous pourrez réaliser vos achats et accéder à autre des grands attraits de la ville, sa gastronomie exquise, pleine de spécialités qui séduisent tous le monde.
Cette zone réunit tous les services dont vous pouvez avoir besoin dans votre séjour dans la ville : lignes d'autobus en rapport avec le reste de la ville, près de la gare de train, magasins de tout type, restaurants, bars, etc.….
