L'Appartament Arenal IV a Seville

The Arenal IV is one of six apartments in an ubeatable location in the centre of Seville.....

This split level apartment is ideal for anybody coming to spend some time in Seville.

The area surrounding the Apartment;

The Arenal Apartments are ideally situated - whether it is sightseeing or shopping you want theses apartments are close to everything!!

The Giralda and Cathedral are a two minute stroll away, a couple more minutes and you are at the Reales Alcazares and the Barrio Santa Cruz with its cobble stoned streets full of shops, restaurants and bars!!

Walk in the other direction and in less than five minutes you are at the Maestranza bull ring, the river and among other things La Torre de Oro ...

Shopping, restaurants and bars are also very close by, the pedestrian streets where there is something for everybody are again a few minutes walk from the apartments!! Truly a fantastic location!

The Apartment;

This one bedroom apartment is ideal for your stay in Seville.

As you walk in the door you are in the bright bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobes for all your belongings. This room has views of the Giralda!!

The bathroom is also on this floor, there is a shower room and a half bathroom. Fresh towels will be provided upon arrival.

Up the spiral staircase and your are in the lounge/dining area which is welcoming and has good natural light due to the large windows. Here there is also a great view of the Giralda!!

The sofa turns into a comfortable sofa-bed should there be more than two guests and together with the armchair it is an ideal place to sit back and relax after a day out in Seville.

The open plan kitchen area is equipped so guests can make basic meals and snacks. There is a dining table and four chairs for guests use.
