Situé dans une rue pavée typique du quartier historique du Trastevere, cet appartement allie le charme de ses poutres apparentes d'origine avec le confort du mobilier moderne.
L'appartement :
Situé au premier étage d'un immeuble ancien SANS ascenseur, l'appartement Tiberio a été récemment entièrement rénové et représente la quintessence des appartements du Trastevere. Le parquet et les poutres d'origine donnent un fantastique véritable sens historique romain, et sont harmonieusement complétées par le mobilier contemporain.
Un petit escalier (12 marches) vous mènera au beau premier salon. Dans cette pièce, vous trouverez un téléviseur, une table basse, un canapé-lit double pour les 3e et 4e hôtes et un fauteuil en cuir. Depuis cet espace, on accède au deuxième salon qui accueille un autre canapé-lit double pour les 5e et 6e hôtes, une table basse et une cheminée romantique.
La cuisine séparée est entièrement équipée et dispose d'un grand bar et de six chaises. La belle salle de bain moderne est pourvue d'une douche et de serviettes propres prêtes à l'emploi dès l'arrivée.
La chambre principale se situe à l'étage supérieur, elle est accessible depuis le deuxième salon par un escalier, et elle est meublée avec un lit double et un placard.
L'appartement dispose également de la climatisation, du chauffage, d'une cafetière Nespresso, d'une station d'accueil pour Ipod et de l'Internet sans fil.

Trastevere/Gianicolo

the location of the apartment was absolutely perfect for young people like me (I'm 40) who like surroundings in the morning and very lively in the evenings. The set up of the apartment was great. Nice deco, mixing modern with antique ! Enough room for 6, even though we were only 4. Very comfy and cosy! Everyone collaborating with Friendly Rentals was great. I'll definitely rent again with you !

L'appartement est grand, notamment le coté séjour qui donne sur la rue. il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour des longs séjours, de quoi laver son linge et le repasser. Le quartier est vraiment très agréable, c'est animé et on se sent vraiment au coeur de la vie romaine, avec des bars, restaurants, cinémas, magasins d'alimentation à moins de 100 m. L'équipe de friendlyrentals à Rome est très disponible et très sympatique...

Excelente ubicación. El departamento es amplio, cómodo y muy bien provisto. Tiene todo lo necesario y aun más (por ejemplo cafetera nespresso). Han sido flexibles con los horarios, nos han ofrecido servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, etc.

Location, spaciousness, cleanliness and, most importantly, the friendly, reliable and efficient service both from your initial on line booking team and your checkin and checkout team on the ground in Rome. I dealt with Francesca and Emanuel in Rome and they were both very helpful. The airport car transfer service(from Roberto and Adriano) was also very good.

The apartment was exactly what it had advised itself as. It was bright,spaceous, in a great area and very well kept. It is located in a great area and was very easy to walk everywhere. The landlord was absolutley lovely and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in Rome.

Absolutely FANTASTIC location - especially for enjoying the night life. Truly the heart of Rome and within 15-20 minute walk of the Vatican, Patheon, Trevi Fountain, Coleseum, Ceaser's Forum and stunning churches! The apartment itself is immaculate and Francesca FANTASTIC! She went above and beyond and had the apartment stocked with the basic foods, she assisted with tickets to the Vatican and train. Extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend not only this apartment but any and all apartments that she has. Thanks Francesca!

Francesca was great! She made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. She provided excellent restaurant suggestions and arranged our ride to the airport. When we had trouble with the internet connection she came right away to address the problem. The apartment was well equipped and conveniently located.

The location was amazing, surrounded by beautiful little streets full of bars and places to eat. Walking distance from everywhere. We walk to the Vatican (around 20 min), Coliseum.... everywhere!. The apartment has everything you need. You even get a really good coffee machine with the coffee included and the basics like sugar, tea, toilet paper... and all those little things that makes your stay easy as there is no real need to go to the supermarket straight away. Towels and bed linen is all included too, all really clean, white and soft like in a 5 star hotel. The beds really conformable, and the apartment very new and nicely decorated. Lovely wooden ceilings. Francesca and Francesco, where really helpful ordering taxis for us to go back to the airport and answering any question we had. Always punctual, friendly and willing to help. We had a fantastic time in Rome and the apartment is really the place to stay if you go.

L'appartement est très joli, très agréable à vivre, situé dans un quartier très vivant, proche des sites de visite. Il est parfaitement bien équipé, la description qui en est faite sur le site est conforme en tous points à la réalité. L'accueil est remarquable de gentillesse et d'efficacité. J'insiste vraiment sur ce point qui nous a particulièrement touchés. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je le conseille sans réserve. Nul doute que nous y reviendrons.
