L'appartement Orchidea occupe une position stratégique: situé dans le quartier de l'Esquilino, historiquement connu pour être l'une des sept collines de Rome, il se trouve à seulement 15 minutes à pied du Colisée, des Forums Impériaux et de la Domus Area, la « Maison Dorée » (« Casa Dorata ») que Néron fit construire après le grand incendie de Rome en 64 ap. J-C.
De même, en très peu de temps vous pourrez rejoindre deux des plus importantes basiliques de la ville: San Giovanni in Laterano et Santa Maria Maggiore (considérée par beaucoup la plus belle église de Rome après Saint Pierre). À proximité de l'appartement, vous pourrez vous promener dans le pittoresque Mercato Esquilino, marché couvert d'origine antique où vous trouverez une grande variété de fruits et légumes.
La zone est très bien desservie en transports en commun. En prenant le métro à l'arrêt Vittorio Emanuele (ligne A) vous pourrez rejoindre en quelques minutes les principaux lieux historiques et touristiques de Rome.
Enfin, la station Termini de trouve à seulement 15 minutes à pied de l'appartement. C'est la station principale de Rome d'où vous pourrez prendre des trains pour n’importe quelles localités italiennes et d'où vous pourrez rejoindre les aéroports de Roma Fiumicino ou Ciampino.
L'appartement:
Situé au deuxième étage d'un ancien édifice sans ascenseur, ce prestigieux appartement a été récemment rénové et aménagé avec des accessoires de décoration de grande valeur.
L'appartement est composé d'une entrée, de trois chambres, d'un salon spacieux, d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bain. La chambre principale, disposant d'un lit double et d'une grande armoire, donne sur la cour intérieure de l'édifice ce qui lui donne l'avantage d'être tranquille et silencieuse. La deuxième chambre, avec lit double et armoire, donne sur la rue. On y accède à travers la troisième chambre, avec deux lits simples (pour un éventuel 5ème ou 6ème invité), idéale pour des enfants ou pour des jeunes.
Le salon dispose de deux confortables divans, d'une table en cristal avec six chaises, d'une TV 42´´ et d'une chaîne stereo. La cuisine est moderne et entièrement équipée, idéale pour préparer un délicieux dîner à déguster à la maison.

Ja, is heel goed bevallen. Ligt heel centraal, vlak bij de metro. En die brengt je in een paar minuten waar je wilt zijn. In het appartement is alles aan wezig wat je voor en paar daggen nodig hebt.

Manuel was punctual and very friendly. He even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. Apartment was very modern, spacious and well equipped. The living space was massive and allowed our two children to do loads of exploring. Fresh towels and fresh sheets in all rooms.

Prima bevallen. Voldeed aan de gewekte verwachtingen. Minpuntje:het raam van de woonkamer kijkt uit op een binnenplaats en is voorzien van matglas. De ruime kamer en de mooie inrichting compenseerden dit enigszins.

Checking in and checking out was very efficient. Manuel was very good, helpful and speaks good English. Location was very good , accessible to Termini stn. and 10 minute walk to the Colosseo. Lots of shops nearby - loved Panella just around the corner.

Very spacious apartment in good position 15 mins from station and Colosseum, very close to Metro stop, supermarket round corner, indoor market 5 mins away. Multicultural neighbourhood with good restaurants within walking dostance. Bus stop for tours about 15 mins away. Very impressed with efficiency of agency, everything happened when it was supposed to, Manuel very pleasant young man. Ideal apartment for 2 couples, especially as there were two bathrooms.

The gentleman that met us and let us in was wonderful! He was helpful and even made recommendations for restuarants. He was also there when we got there and he left our deposit the night before like he said he would (since we were leaving early in the morning). The space was also very nice for a party of 5 people. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment.

Ja zeer goed we waren met twee stellen en het is prima bevallen je hebt ieder een eigen gedeelte van het appartement en ieder zijn eigen bad/douche toilet en dat is ideaal. Het appartement heeft geen balkon, maar als je alleen voor de stad komt heb je daar geen behoefte aan. Het is 10 min lopen van het station en de metro is 4 min lopen dus perfect. Het is een veilige buurt met bakker en supermart om de hoek en uit eten kun er ook prima. Het appartement is een aanrader dus moet je op tijd boeken.

gute Verkehrsanbindung und Möglichkeiten zum Lebensmittelkauf (Markthalle) wie in jeder europ. Großstadt ist das Bahnhofsviertel allerdings oft dominiert von Migranten und daher nur für Menschen ohne Vorbehalte gegenüber Fremden geeignet

The apartment was lovely and very spacious. The kitchen although small was very well equipped. We really liked the location which was close to the main station (very handy for the airport)and very close to the metro. Emmanuel was most helpful and on call for any queries. Our check in guy Emanuel was pleasent and helpful with good English. The apartment was close to Metro 'Vitorio Emanuel' and had a couple of nice restraunt/pizzeria nearby. The apartment was large, clean and modern and if I go on another city break I believe now apartment the way to go instead of hotel.

Het was een prima, prachtig appartement. Het was heerlijk om de indruk te krijgen dat we de eerste bewoners waren. Alles meer dan in ruime mate voorradig, bijvoorbeeld bestek, borden e.d. Mooie nieuwe handdoeken, kortom een aanrader voor anderen. Het was een mooie geste dat we een korting van 10% kregen i.v.m. de werkzaamheden aan de gevel, waar we geen enkele overlast van gehad hebben. Konden we iets extra's voor doen.
Zie bovenstaand antwoord. De buurt, prima. Ligging t.o.v. de metro prima. Het appartement was tegenover een minikruidenenier waar we 's morgens broodjes en beleg konden kopen. Vlak bij een straat (laan) waar restaurants, ijsshops en zo waren. Wij hebben een prima lang weekend gehad. Heel goede herinneringen dus, mede door het perfecte appartement!
