L'appartement Gaia se situe près de Piazza Navona, l'une des plus belles places en plein coeur de Rome. Piazza Navona, où l'on trouvait durant l'antiquité le Stadio Dominiziano- ce qui explique sa forme ovale- constitue l'un des plus beaux exemplaires de l'architecture baroque à Rome. On y trouve en effet la Fontana dei Fiumi de Bernini et l'église de S. Agnese in Agone de Borromini.
C'est sans aucun doute la place la plus fréquentée de Rome, grouillante à chaque période de l'année. Vous y trouverez de nombreux caffés avec terrasses, bars et restaurants. Il est agréable de prendre le temps de s'assoir sur un banc en pierre ou à une terasse et d'observer les passants tout en se fesant bercer par les notes de musique d'un violon ou d'une guitarre.
En outre, l'appartement se situe à 2 minutes à pied de Campo de' Fiori, 5 minutes du Panthéon, 10 minutes de Fontana di Trevi, 20 minutes de Saint-Pierre et, en franchissant le Tibre, à 15 minutes de Trastevere.
L'appartement:
Situé au premier étage d'un bel édifice du XVIIIème siècle sans ascenseur, ce superbe appartement entièrement rénové avec goût et élégance donne sur une rue au flanc de Piazza Navona. Le sol est entièrement revêtu de terre cuite sous de hauts plafonds à poutres apparentes. On y trouve de fresques murales, de superbes lustres en cristal et des accessoires de décoration de grande valeur.
L'appartement Gaia comporte deux somptueuses chambres à coucher, une simple et une double, deux salles de bain en marbre, l'une avec baignoire l'autre avec douche, une cuisine super équipée et un grand salon. Le séjour dispose d'un confortable divan-lit, parfait si vous désirez inviter une éventuelle cinquième ou sixième personne, de deux élégants fauteuils en bois sculpté doré, d'une table avec chaises pour six personnes, d'une TV satellite et d'une chaîne stereo. Piazza Navona
Cette splendide place se situe dans le lieu où, durant l’Antiquité, l’on trouvait le Stadio di Domiziano (ce qui explique sa forme ovale) et elle constitue l’un des plus beaux exemples de l’architecture baroque à Rome. C’est l’une des places les plus fréquentées de Rome, peuplée à toute période de l’année de romains et de touristes qui aiment s’arrêter dans les nombreux bars et restaurants qui y sont présents tout en se fesant bercer par la musique d’un violon ou d’une guitarre.
La charmante place de Campo de’ Fiori se situe à quelques pas de Piazza Navona. La tradition racconte que l’origine de son nom vient de la déesse Flora, amante de Pompeo, mais plus probablement ce nom vient du fait que durant la fin du XIVème siècle la place fut abandonnée et devint un pré. Aujourd’hui Campo de’ Fiori est devenu le lieu où Rome dévoile son visage authentique du matin, avec son pittoresque marché, jusqu’à tard durant la nuit avec les nombreux bars et restaurants qui l’animent.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, man fühlt sich wohl, alles funktioniert tadellos, die Lage gleich ums Eck von der Piazza Navona ist bestens. Der Empfang durch Gennaro war sehr freundlich und nett.

这家地段不错，出行走路很方便，基本就20分钟左右可以到所有的点，吃饭超级方便，楼下就是一些非常有名的餐厅。比如左边小弄堂里，有一家叫图书馆的，服务一流啊。

The apartments location is wonderful. It was just around the corner for the Piazza Novona which put on you the main tourist trail to all the sights. Most of all, its on a great street with restaurants as well as a supermarket. It was spacious and provided a great place to relax at the end of the day.

Very nice apartment. Clean, well equipped, great location to sites. Check in and out was super. 2nd rental with Friendly and very pleased with both. Taxi service associated with rental is a great idea. They were on time and pleasant.

Superb location for all the major tourist attractions. Appartment spacious,well furnished, homely and quiet. Air conditioning in all the rooms was a welcome relief from the August heat! Excellent proximity to local shops and bars and within 2 minutes of lively Piazza Navona square. Genaro very helpful and arranged taxi back to airport for us. Can't wait to come back.

The location off the Piazza Navonna is superb. Lovely little street, good neighborhood restaurants. Gennaro was great about check-in and check-out. We would recommend this service and this apartment to others without hesitation.

The location, comfort and beauty of the apartment. It was beautifully decorated with very high quality classy furniture. The view: Overlooked a charming street full of restaurants, small shops, and wine bars. There was social activity until late in the night, but with the windows closed, we didn't hear much. It did not effect our sleep. Air conditioning: We didn't think we were going to need it, but it was warmer than we expected this week in Rome and we appreciated being able to turn on the air and it worked very well. The bathrooms: Both were absolutely gorgeous with everything you need. I think the water in Rome is hard, so bring hair conditioner with you. The kitchen staples that were appreciated: Sugar, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need for light meals. the location is fabulous. Use bus 64 (1 block away) to get everywhere, but for the first 3 days we walked. It is a wonderful place to walk and most attractions we wanted to see were within easy walking distance (30 minutes to the Vatican) No elevator but the apartment is one level up and the stairway is wide, easy rise and marble. the restaurant next door is very nice. We enjoyed meals there twice and in fact, were the best we had while in Rome. For the potential prudes out there: A tasteful nude painting is in the living room over the couch. We loved it. Friendly Rentals were GREAT to work with! Thanks so much!!
There was nothing to not like about this apartment. It was gorgeous and classy.

We loved the location,the apartment is decorated nicely. So near eating and Piazza Navona, taxi's are easy to get there. I would go back for sure. Very clean. We did not cook just made coffee and used the fridge for water and coke.

The location was great. Right in the midst of things, without being too hectic or loud. The apartment itself was very comfortable and nicely put together. It was graciously furnished, with good closet space. It was obviously not furnished just to rent out--and that makes the experience all the more fun. Upon arrival, the TV didn't work, but within hours a couple of guys came and got it to work, and that was great.
